The entire facility and the rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and very attentive. The location of the hotel was not too far from entertainment and sightseeing places. We could reach all of them in a few minutes by car. The pool and its surroundings were clean and sufficient for children. The hotel's cafe serves very nice menus for breakfast and lunch. We liked their breakfast very much.

The only thing we didn't like was that the shower curtains in the bathroom were inadequate and the floors got too wet.

The Best Western Plus was just what it stated online. The facilities were clean, staff friendly, & room was ready ahead of time. Check-in took less than 2 minutes. Max was my buddy, he was so attentive and I had great conversation with him while remaining professional. The hotel was quiet and relaxing. The third party restaurant which is attached is outstanding.

Air conditioner could have been quieter. but really no complaints. Also, the fridge had no freezer.

We arrived in Ocean City unexpectedly because a severe storm caused us to leave our campsite on Assateague Island State Park. I booked a room at Best Western Plus online and then arrived early at the hotel. Jordan was at the front desk and was so kind to me and my family. She allowed us to check-in hours before the standard check-in time which we were so thankful for as we were very tired. We loved our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. The staff was so friendly and helpful and every inch of the hotel was clean. Thank you for providing such a great place to stay!

Location is great, staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and spacious! There's plenty of free parking, and there's a nice pool. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We ended up eating breakfast at the on site cafe each day before we started our day. Miquel, the owner is so friendly and takes great pride in the quality of food and service. He also mixes great drinks! All and all I would highly recommend this property : )

The lady at the front desk was so sweet, even complimented my nails. The room was clean, no smell, the balcony was a plus. the cafe they had on site was amazing the service was great. I would recommend and would stay here again.

the television didn’t have much to choose from, it would be nice if they had like smart tv’s to mirror your phone with netflix but other than that, nothing else was a down fall my stay was perfect.

Location was great, walkable to the beach but still need a car to get to the heart of ocean city. Room was clean and I loved that it had a balcony- even though it’s city views, still appreciated. The pool was small but the temp was perfect especially after the cold beach water.

No breakfast included, but not a deal-breaker. Not a fan of the cafe attached to the hotel.

I don’t think they map and wipe off walls doors and doors nubs. Corners look very dirty. Floors were super dirty even on way to elevator. If floors and walls doors door nubs are clean it ll be perfect!

They allowed us to Checkin early. We were transitioning from a condo and decided to to stay 2 more days in OC. It was very helpful to get the early the Checkin. The manager in the cafe was excellent! Food was very good!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The Checkin process was frustrating. I am unsure what caused the front desk person to pause but she looked at reservation several times before making the keys.

There was no breakfast on site however there was a restaurant in the hotel also Denny's was 3 minutes walk across the street. That was very convenient. I liked the location, very clean, the room was very large with 2 king beds, loved the balcony, parking was great, the view overlooking the street and the pool, coffee and tea available in the room and lobby. It was quiet at night. I would absolutely stay here next time and recommend to others. Loved it!!

Most Best Western offer breakfast I wish it was available here. There were flies in the room dont know where they came from because we kept the door to the balcony closed at all times. Loved this location but I wish it was closer to the boardwalk. The bathroom could be upgraded to a shower with a door I didn't like the shower curtains and the shower head was old fashion could not be adjusted. Overall it was a clean place

when I first walked in, I was amazed how clean and fresh the lobby was, for an entrance dealing with pool and beach comers. staff was friendly, pool was half shallow so younger swimmers could enjoy, cute restaurant with happy hour drinks all on first floor. the rooms were clean and spacious and it was fun watching the seagulls swoop all around our level on the 5th floor. nice and quiet and easy access to beach one block away was the best part!!!

the shower pressure was mediocre and the water temp was hard to finesse but I have picky kids; did fine for daily rinse-offs. I really had to search to find something not to like for this price and location!
