The manager and the young girl at the front desk were absolutely superb! Both very friendly and professional. My room was newly renovated and pristine. The bed was super comfortable!! I don’t think I have ever stayed at a nicer hotel. Thank you.

I could tell that a big effort was made to make breakfast. There were a ton of choices! Seriously, so many choices! However, I would’ve preferred less packaged bakery items, and perhaps a fresh waffle maker instead. also, the fruit, particularly the pineapple, was past its prime.

We walked in and the nicest fellow greeted us. We went to our room and looked around. It was just beautiful and very clean! It was very close to the city but secluded and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, the ladies who did breakfast were just delightful!! Very friendly, helpful and we even got big, delicious cookies brought to us fresh. We were so spoiled! This particular location needs recognition for going Above and Beyond. Every single person I spoke with was very nice. I'm looking forward to my next visit there.

The room was clean and looked very modern/ European! I checked in after 8 pm and the front desk staff members were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and tasty. I would stay there again for sure.

There were a couple of maintenance type things that would’ve made the stay perfect. First, there was no shelf or ledge in the shower to place the soap and shampoo. I had to put everything on the floor-not good. Second, the shower door would not stay closed. I had to hold it closed with one hand and wash with the other. Third, the toilet seat was not attached tightly causing it to move all over when used. Also not good. All of these issues could easily be taken care of. Also, when I checked out the clerk didn’t ask me about my stay or I would’ve shared these items with him.

Breakfast was great. Everyone was so friendly. I was in the area for a funeral, my son had just died. Everyone was so understanding. I have been at this hotel in the past many times with my husband who is as deceased, July 2022. My husband had worked for Exelon and had stayed here many times while working at Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Plant and had always enjoyed his stay. . The staff had went out of there way and purchased flowers and a card which everyone of the staff had signed and had placed in my room. It was a pleasant surprise. I appreciated all of them

In the past there was a tv in the lobby while you set there enjoying breakfast and watching the news. I know they are remodeling however in my situation I was looking to be able to do this to try and think about something else while drinking my coffee. Other than that I believe this is a great place to stay

Great food options. There was alot of choices.

Did not like the fact i felt like i was being rushed when they where taking the food up at the time to be pulled up , I felt like if you see people are still getting a few more food then walk away and allow them personal space.

we stayed 2 nights. I guess at a minimum I expected our trash to be emptied. The body wash in the shower was empty. I left a note for the staff to refill.

Employees were wonderful! Front desk attendants were very helpful, pleasant, professional. The woman whose name I do not recall is a real asset to your company. Hang on to her at all cost. Great employees like that are far and few in these time🤩

This is a great place to stay for comfort and affordability. The staff was friendly. It was meticulously clean in all areas of the hotel. I liked the convenience of the kitchenette and fitness center. The pool and hot tub was very relaxing. I also enjoyed the best free breakfast I've had in a long time.

Room was clean and spacious. couch bed was very comfortable. Employee's were super nice and friendly. Great breakfast!
