We liked everything Hotel was neat and clean! Food was excellent! The staff was great! Everything was very easy access, parking was super!

As I said it was a great experience and enjoyable! Everything works perfectly well! There was nothing wrong that me and my family didn’t like. The only suggestion I had was that will be nice to include the whole address from the hotel, in the little welcoming card, so whenever you call family or order something like food, you can be able to let them know where you’re at. Same as it is at the wall of swimming pool full address! Very important!!

From the time we walked in immediately greeted with a smile. Our room was cozy and the beds are super comfortable. Nice size refrigerator and works perfectly. It also has a microwave too! Let's talk about the mirror in the bathroom.... the best selfie lighting ever lol. Oh, what surprised me the most was Dove Products... my skin was soft and fresh all weekend. We smoke cigars and the location was less than 3 minutes away. Breakfast is over at 9:30am however you might get lucky to still get an omelets, turkey patties, pork sausages, bagels, hot/cold cereal, and muffins like we did at 9:45am... I just found a new appreciation for Holiday Inn Express.

The indoor pool is very small. And they don't accept cash when checking in. I wanted to pay with cash and add my card just incase for incidentals.

Staff was very professional and pleasant. I enjoyed my stay here. It was in a good location and plenty of stores to shop and the breakfast was great. I will book again.

If you book 3rd party, you can use AARP or any kind of discount card when you arrive and they need to change pool hours but other then that everything was great.

Very clean hotel. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good and they did a great job keeping it stocked. It was a big crowd most mornings.

The only negative was the mattresses in our room. They both had significant dips in the sleeping area. They needed replacing.

Professional staff, clean facility. The location was perfect for my visit to my church and family. The breakfast was phenomenal. I am looking to make this my spot to stay each and every time. I would like to know about any rewards program as I come often to the area.

Staff very nice. The lady at the front desk was very nice and knew I had been there before so check-in was a breeze. I'm a hotel staycation snob junkie lol. I like staying at different hotels. The best sleep I EVER had in the 7 years I been in MD. The mattress was very comfortable. Need to get one for home (lol) THE BEST SLEEP😴 The breakfast was delicious😋 Awesome! This is now my favorite hotel in Waldorf.❤️

The lil thugs in the back of the hotel blastinf music, smoking and drinking like it was their hangout spot. It didn't last long, thank God! Still has the best stay!

The breakfast was good. Nice and clean rooms. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. It’s in a great location, stores all around and they are pet friendly which is a huge plus. I will definitely visit again.

One thing the bathroom sink was not clean enough under the rim and bandage left from the guest on the floor. The carpet needs to be cleaned a little more.

Friendly staff, the hotel had a pool, the free breakfast in the morning with lots of variety, the beds were clean, the bathroom was clean, the location was on point because there were so many stores and restaurants and entertainment nearby.

The pool could be a little bit more updated, The bathrooms could be a little bit more bigger, I feel like if someone books a room with four people there should be enough towels for four people I also believe that towels should be delivered daily

I liked that Holiday Inn Express was clean and the room was comfortable. It's located in an accommodating area, if one wants to do some shopping. A wonderful eatery called Chicken Rico food tastes divine and affordable. Great stay.

I didn't experience anything negative.
