Great location, safe area for two females, pet friendly, very kind and accommodating staff. Front desk staff was super helpful and efficient, bartender was great, even the house keeping manager jumped in to help us move our luggage cart as we were checking out and asked us about our stay. You can tell that management has worked hard to select staff members who go above and beyond. I travel several times a year and have never had so much positive interaction with any hotel staff.

If I had to be a Karen and complain, I’d say the downside was that breakfast wasn’t included, but it’s only $20 per person for the buffet which isn’t bad. (I think free breakfast is a thing of the past and probably not their fault.) We did however have the sweetest waitress/hostess who took great care of us, so it was well worth it. Parking was $24/day but I believe it’s going to be like that anywhere in a city hotel, so again I wouldn’t blame the hotel for this.

Room was clean, roomy, and not noisy from outside traffic. We were able to find street parking since we arrived in the evening and their were no restrictions for the next morning (Sunday). It seems that parking on the street is not as easy as I would have liked, though I was lucky.

However, the wall between an adjacent room was thinner than I would have liked since I heard our neighbors and their TV very late at night. Next time, I'll ask for a room with no guests on either side, if possible.

The Bed and Pillows were quite comfortable and the Room was always cleaned, the location is great, a few minutes walk to almost everything, Banks, Restaurants, Shops etc.

The air conditioner was dripping water on the rug by the window and I got my socks wet a few times when I tried to look out without slippers.

The location was not far from everything, the place is clean,welcoming and comfortable and has a parking for the customers.

It’s not my first time there and I think they need to work on the customer service, the rooms that asked to be close to each other was in two different floors. And also they need microwave in each rooms. My date was mess up as well and they should have on the website or third party the deposit because I was surprise about it.

Nice room, comfortable bed and linens, nice bathroom. Staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet was excellent - fresh fruit, wide assortment of choices, health options available. Food at Mica restaurant also excellent.

Television news offerings were really BAD. No BBC, no CSPAN, no MSNBC. But of COURSE you have Fox (Faux) "News". C'mon. >:((((

I have stayed in this hotel several times when visiting DC. There is a metro station within an easy walk and many restaurant (mostly fast casual or casual) within an easy walk of the hotel. Beds are large and comfortable. Walgreen's, Starbucks, Panera even a movie theater within short walk. A good base for exploring DC if you don't have the budget to stay in the central part of the district.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is centrally located (great option if you're going to a show at The Fillmore and need to stay overnight) with plenty of places to eat nearby. We had maybe 1/4 roll of toilet paper so we called the front desk pretty late (around midnight) and they sent someone up to bring more, which was nice.

Air conditioner in our room was very loud, the elevators were incredibly slow, and the hallways of the hotel were warm (didn't seem like there was air conditioning in the common areas). Apparently, parking at the municipal lot next door is free on the weekends but they don't tell you that because they want you to pay $20 per night to park in their garage.

Clean, friendly staff, great location right next to a Walgreens and a metro station for convenience of travel to DC.

No bottled water refills in the hotel room, no free breakfast, and the elevators need the key card to be operated.

Indifferent staff.... Wish we had been warned about the construction site next door, as we didn't get in from our flight until 2am and the construction noise started earlier. Wish the uninterested person who checked us in had thought to put us in a room away from the noise when we checked in at 2am.....

Clean, close to shops. Main purpose was to downtown DC to see cherry blossom.. this property is about 25 min drive but saved lots of money comparing to staying at downtown DC.

Booking.com showed $10 parking fee per day parking but it was $20 per day when staff informed at check-in. Booking.com needs to update this information.
