While it's more of an upscale motel than inn, our room & bathroom were large, bright & spotless. The bed was very comfortable. It was updated (seemed to be recently painted with "wood" plank flooring). The breakfast exceeded our expectations with fresh fruit, a delicious coffee cake & other items that we did not try. It is conveniently located and Sandwich is a beautiful town with a wonderful beach (not visited in November but have been there before). I wish that I'd known about this inn on previous visits because it was SO much nicer than other places that I've stayed when in the area. We will definitely stay here again.

Very easy to find, location made it easy to reach places of interest nearby. Parking very easy. The room was lovely, very comfortable and private. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice of cereals, breads, cakes and pastries as well as cold meats, cheeses and eggs if wanted. We loved staying here. Our arriving very late due to a problem with our rental car presented no problem. When we rang to say we were delayed we were given clear instruction on how we could get our key and into the room on arrival.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Loved Room 10 was nice and big and the seating area outside was nice. Liked that there was a small table inside and a comfy chair to sit in. The grounds are beautiful, but wish the pool was open. Breakfast was great and the gentleman behind the counter was really pleasant! Great location for our trip to Scusset Beach! Oh and the room was very affordable!

Only decaffeinated coffee available in the room and no directions for the coffee maker. Was a stain on the duvet cover. The bathroom sink faucet dripped but I just put a wash cloth under it. When we arrived there were rolled up toilet tissues and a napkin on the ground outside our room but not a big deal. Hard to see the entrance to the motel as the sign didn’t have much lighting.

This hotel was so much better than we anticipated. The setting was lovely, the room spacious and very clean, had everything we needed in it. The main lodge provided a good breakfast and even had a laundry room we could use - great for us as we are from the UK on a road trip here. The manager Kuntal was extremely helpful (we had a GPS issue) and he tried lots of things to help us resolve it so we could enjoy the rest of our trip. We were so grateful. Will definitely be recommending this to our friends who are coming out next year.

Nothing, wish we could have stayed longer.

It was not fancy and we did need to call the office as a light had burnt out by the door. The room had a thin comforter on the beds but we needed some extra blankets which they immediately supplied. Breakfast had fruit, pastries, coffee cake and great coffee. Just Right! Price was not too expensive for a nice bed, clean bath and little frig. Staff was polite and helpful.

The heater was a bit noisy, but we got used to it. Had to call the main office, but the phone in the room was disconnected, so we used a cell phone. The TV channels were mostly sports and not that interesting like we would have loved Turner Classics.

Property was quaint, tree lined, and well groomed. It was close to shopping, restaurants,and the marina. It was also quiet as well. Our room had its own private balcony in the back with 2 chairs.

The room was dark because the only window overlooked the balcony which had a roof over it. The other window was at the opposite end in the bathroom. However, it did have plenty of lighting. I was unable to get change for my $20 to leave a tip for the maid. Suggest they have a small petty cash box for such a purpose.

My boyfriend and absolutely loved this place The staff especially Marie was wonderful The rooms were really nice and clean and comfortable especially the beds and pillows and the addition of a microwave and small refrigerator was a plus!! There was coffee or tea available in the room but the nitely rate included a free breakfast and was enough to get us going for our trip home. The bathroom was supplied with plenty of toiletries and the shower was excellent! I would highly recommend this place to stay and I know that if we are in the area again we will be back!

Great Property! Very nicely landscaped, clean and neat. Great outdoor areas throughout the property. I had a private deck with chairs & table with nice lighting (Great Onion Lamps) Great breakfast area with choices and hot food available. Room Was great, Very comfortable bed, nicely decorated throughout. Full size bathroom. Clean and well-maintained room, office/ breakfast area.

This was our second visit, definitely came back because it's we liked it so much before. Rooms are good-sized, clean and updated. Beds were comfy, and it was quiet sleeping even though it's close to a busy road. Love the grounds and plantings. Breakfast room had a nice variety of items.

The only negative comment is that the person behind the desk in the breakfast room was pretty grumpy, but I'm guessing that's because she'd had to cross the bridge through the construction...

Nice to be able to walk out into the open air not into a hallway. Inside is cute, decorated well, good light, a window that opens, plenty of A/C, fan, etc. Bathroom is a good size - beds could be a bit more comfortable but aren't horrible. Cute place, nice grounds, there's a little hammock in the back of the property that was nice to swing on, and the breakfast is good - better than the continental at most hotels (fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, cheese & meat, and the usual).
