The beach is a 30 second walk from your door, I love the home feeling you get when you stay at this place I think it’s a mix between the kind considerate staff, and the CozyNess, but yet spacious set up of the rooms .there’s a restaurant right around the corner I believe it’s called schooners I can’t say enough good words about this establishment also be prepared for your Tito’s and lemonade to have that extra kick you always imagined your fellow bartender, would just assume you needed ,so you didn’t have to risk being heard in public, being the girl asking if they forget to put alcohol in her drink😱😱😱 and definitely an extra pack of mints for the garlic breath you don’t think you have

There’s another review on here under my name that give this hotel of three I have been working with booking.com to get it removed because those are not my words .this place is one of my favorite places to stay. I just wanted to say something about that in case they don’t take it down quickly enough so if you haven’t been to this hotel, I highly recommend it

The room was clean, colorful and comfortable. It's an old facility but the owners do well keeping it up. Close to the beach and local amenities. We personally enjoy the small family owned and operated beach hotels. This one is no exception as it was charming and the staff are helpful and pleasant.

My biggest concern was security. The back door did not have a deadbolt and the security flip latch was not properly installed. The front door did not close easily and the deadbolt did not go all the way into the jamb.

Reservations on line went well. Arrival and check-in were good. Meg in the office was very professional yet personable.

The steps in front of the rooms were a little tough for someone with mobility issues. The beds though comfortable are also challenging for people with mobility problems.

Rooms were bigger than expected. I love how the bathroom was around a small hall and not right next to beds like in other hotels. I thought I booked a beach view room, but I got a partial view. Which wasn't much of a view. Next time, I'll make sure to ask for the second floor so my door isn't right at the parking. Overall, it was an amazing stay. Everything is close. We didn't have to drive anywhere. Our car stayed parked the entire visit until we left.

It was far from the airport we got in at 1am we informed the staff and they left the key. It was a walkable area but not many restaurants to choose from the lobby had items if you needed to purchase those little things you forget

Our unit was a little lopsided in the bathroom and closet area felt like we were on a cruise ship there was only one outlet and we had several things to charge we forgot to bring an extension cord

Old school but spiffed up travel hotel across the street from the beach. Clean, cute, comfy. Friendly staff, office shop with emergency essentials for sale. Close to trains and ferry to Boston. Beachside strip in walking distance - funky and colorful food options, lots of fresh seafood. Came off season, think it probably rocks during summer.

If pressed I'd say walls a little thin, could hear other guests. But not terrible, did not lose sleep, not a deal breaker.

Wonderful, nice lady at the office/lobby, hotel room looks cute, LINDT CHOCOLATES on the bed, really close to the beaches!

It was a little hard to sleep at night. I was put in a room at the end of a building and there were 2 windows with only blinds facing another lit building. The blinds can only block some of the light… So I had trouble sleeping consistently throughout the night. It would be nice if they had blackout curtains for those windows.

The property was located across the street from the beach which was amazing because we came for the beach. The hotel was clean and looked very nice. The staff, I spoke with Robin a few times was very kind and helpful. I love that they offer bike rentals and have complimentary beach towels to use.

Rooms were large, light and airy, nicely furnished with very comfortable beds. Exceptionally nice staff. Just across the street from the beach, and short walk to restaurants. Rooms have front and back entrances, with seating available just outside the doors. Everything felt very well cared for.

Bathrooms were a bit small and could use more shelves and hooks for setting down toiletries and hanging towels.

We were called and asked if we were interested in staying at the bed and breakfast so we were upgraded to the bed and breakfast house. The room was beautiful! It had more than we needed in the room. The house was by the bay.

I wish the house was near the beach. We had to drive to wherever we wanted to go instead of walk.
