Location was a short walking distance from the docks at the Harbor with its artists shanties and charter boats. Also a short walk to Main Street Hyannis with its shops and restaurants. It's not at all a fancy place, but VERY clean with comfortable bedding. Helpful staff.

A free hot breakfast was a huge disappointment on the morning after the 4th of July. Clearly, they failed to anticipate a rush from late sleepers after the previous day's festivities. So, half an hour before closing (9:30 am) there were no potatoes, no sausage, no eggs, no muffins..long lines. They could not replenish food quickly. Sausage came out cold, (inedible) eggs in small amounts, and not much else. An error on the part of whoever was in charge of breakfast. On a normal morning, breakfast is probably very good.

It was the lowest price for all the motels in the area. The room was very clean and modern.

It was confusing that check-in was at a different property in a different building, the Comfort Inn. It was good that it was instructed in the email to do that, but it was also also a little bit confusing for directions and also multiple buildings to be able to tell which one you were in, the 500 series or 600 series. (The door to enter the 600 series rooms was not locked so the card entry was not applicable so that would be a safety concern). The bathroom shower curtain was nice, but one towel was soft and another one was very rough.

On check-in we were told that usually, Heritage House Inn guests do not have access to the breakfast buffet. In our case, there was an exception and we were permitted to the breakfast buffet. It was a 'regular' hot breakfast buffet. Guests are not allowed to take breakfast to the rooms, which was a little challenging for my husband with a disability. So, we skipped the breakfast except for a cup of coffee for me in the morning.

As stated above it would have been helpful if we could have taken breakfast to the room to accommodate a disabled person.

The location and price were great , beds where comfortable

The bathroom.wasnt very clean and housekeeping came in and took the soap.but didn't replace it until the next day when I asked .housekeeping came in and replaced the soap took.out the trash and took the dirty towels and thar was it . There was a bar of soap in the corner of the shower that was there when I got there and there was a stick figure made out of hair on the bathroom wall that was there when I arrived . . The faucet in the kitchen area doesn't work .

Very quiet. Everyone was nice. Mini fridge. Individual coffee maker, coffee and cups provided. Water pressure is good. Friendliest maid services daily. If you call front desk they will immediately help you with anything. Vending machine and ice in hall. Plenty of safe parking.

Needed a deep clean of room before renting. The maid services rectified this for me immediately with bedding. With exception of bathroom needs a good scrub. (I didnt ask for this, to be fair, as I didnt notice until after using bathroom areas).

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a working fridge and coffee maker. It was close to the Black Cat Tavern where we ate lunch and the Melody Tent, where we went to a concert.

Trying to find it. It’s not a good sign (no pun intended) when you get an e-mail telling you to look for the name of another hotel to find the property. Also, we didn’t see an elevator and had to lug our bikes up two flights of stairs. There could be an elevator, we just didn’t see it. Google maps took us to a different location.

It was very good, clean and comfortable. The room was serviced daily. The location is perfect.

Tour buses sometimes blocked the exit. Housekeepers didn't speak English.

I like the location. Distance walking to all the shops. You’re near the ferry boat.

I didn’t like the fact that in the next room they kept waking us up from banging on the walls and be really loud. Never mind the women if you want to call them that knocking on the window to get into the guys room.

The location is wonderful! Close to the Main Street, Harbor, and Veteran Beach. The receptionist is very nice and helpful

It would be nice to also serve eggs for breakfast. Lots of carbs were served, potatoes and sausages, but no eggs(((

It was very nice, the location was great, everything was close by. The only thing was the walls were a little thin, we could hear the people next door and upstairs from us. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay with you.

Only the thin wall, but it wasn't too disturbing, we managed through it.
