The location is spectacular for families. There's a perfect beach, pool, activities, and it's all well kept and very private. Every staff I interacted with was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure they were helpful. The town home was spacious and perfect for our family of five. The only surprise that we weren't aware of was a parking fee— so be sure to ask about that before booking. Otherwise, we would go again!

The parking fee is something we would have liked to know about beforehand. Otherwise we loved it.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment with a separate entrance. It was huge, we all got plenty of space and very comfortable beds. Bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped and clean. There was a beautiful view on the harbour right from our room. Hotel is very beautifully located right on the water, with its own beach and lots of possibilities to walk around and enjoy the nature and the views. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, it was sad that we only stayed one night, we loved the hotel and the Cape Cod.

The fridge in the open space kitchen was extremely loud, luckily no one had to sleep in the room.

The place was very,very clean. The check in was easy, the staff was friendly & knowledgeable, so easy to work with and to answer questions . We could not find one thing we weren’t happy with, and 1 min walk to the beach! Plus free beach chairs & lounger & umbrellas…the pool was 82 just like the booking stated. We will definitely be back..

NOT A THING, wish we could have stayed longer

We loved the views and the friendliness of the staff. Our Son developed a love of fishing so one of the staff found a rod and bait for him and kept checking in on how he was doing. By far our favourite part was the freedom afforded to our children. There are bikes freely available for them to roam around the entire area, a kids club for them to try new activities (not a typical kids club) and a beach and pool for them to explore.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Very friendly and informative staff. They made us feel included and welcome! I loved how child-friendly the facilities were and how the programmed events were specifically geared toward entertaining and educating children. I also appreciated the variety of outdoor activities that were available to guests. Tania was so lovely and so kind.

There was a moldy smell in the room, emanating mostly from the bathroom.

The location is wonderful. It is private and peaceful. The staff is great and there were many things to do. Nice pool too.

The air conditioning in the room was hard to regulate. The decor was a bit dated but it was very clean which is most important.

great location to Hyannis, wonderful spot on the bay and the beach is excellent

It is close to the airport runway and approaching and departing planes fly over. However they don’t fly over very often because the airport is not that busy so it wasn’t a big deal. I did not like the 25$/day parking fee to park at a hotel that you are staying at.

The pictures don’t do it justice!! This property is beautiful & has many amenities that we didn’t have time to enjoy. The views are just incredible. The staff is super friendly & helpful. Would 100% stay here again!!

I like the Location and the beach

I didn’t like the cabinets in the kitchen smell weird like mold . The dishwasher inside was rusty and has mold or dirt at the bottom . The fridge the handle was really old rusty it looks is going to break soon.

I liked the kitchen that was stocked for cooking and plenty of pods for the diswasher. The furniture was comfortable including the beds. The grounds were very well kept and the staff was excellent. I had an apartment with a balcony with a water view and that was fantastic!

While all the beds are comfortable, I would have liked the second room to have double beds instead of twins. Or at least one of them a double.
