The location was close enough to walk into town and to a beach. There was a nice pool and lounge chairs with free ice water and towels. There was a breakfast bar with juice, coffee, muffins and cereal and a relaxing lounge to enjoy it in. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. They were gracious enough to let us leave our luggage before check-in so we could wander around the island throughout the day. After checkout the next day, we were able to leave our luggage again, for more sight seeing. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be returning to stay here!!

The price was still high though lowest I could find on short notice.

The hotel was just lovely. For the price we paid I was very happy and honestly surprised by how nice it was. It was very clean and nicely groomed/taken care of. The room was bright and clean. All the staff we interacted with were super friendly.

There wasnt much I didn't like. The room could have used a better mirror but that wasn't a deal breaker. The only thing i DIDN'T like was what I witnessed of other guests treatment of front staff. I get it. Nantucket is expensive to visit therefore you feel you should get everything your way, but don't punish the staff who have no control over the hotels policies. The way i saw two different parties treat the very sweet woman at checkout was disgraceful.

Only interacted with Jacqui and Brittianese and they were great. Grounds were great. Pool and area were very clean.

No one had come into our rooms on second day - is that extra to have room cleaned or towels replenished? I asked a girl carrying towels, that walked by our room, for a couple extra towels and never received them. Understand staffing is overworked but maybe reflect in room price that rooms won’t be cleaned or garbage emptied.

The location, which was just a short walk to the center of Town, and the Pool where the highlights of this stay. Also like having the Sandy Pedals at the front of the hotel. It made it extremely easy to rent an e-bike and made returning back to our room very convenient.

It would have been nice to have two nightstands. And the TV was a little small, but perfectly viewable. Other than that, the place had all of the conveniences that one would expect from a high-end motel.

The hotel was quaint and cozy. On the evenings there was a fire in the fireplace in the lobby, board games and plenty of seating areas. There was ice water and ice tea that was always available and easy grab and go breakfast each morning. The staff was helpful and courteous and always cheerful. Great place and great location to town.

Since we were visiting during a heat wave it would have been great if the pool was open later in the evening.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel while we walked around Nantucket and waiting to check in. We were also able to get breakfast at the hotel while waiting to check in. They were also able to check us in earlier than the 4 o’clock check-in time. The rooms were clean. I do a lot of traveling and I have to say this is one of the best stays I’ve had.

The location and staff were excellent! Cozy fireplace in the lobby and warm heated pool added to the enjoyment. Beds were cozy and room was clean.

Staff was incredibly accommodating, we were traveling for the first time with a toddler and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and worked around naptime when it came to housecleaning. Rooms/property were clean, a short walk (10 minutes) from town, nice quiet location.

Can’t really fault the hotel for this because of covid but nothing to munch on for breakfast other than coffee.

Outdoor doorways and swimming pool if weather permitted swimming.

I could hear noises and every footstep in surrounding rooms disturbing my sleep nightly. Also somewhat far from town for walking back and forth during the day. No real breakfast, just bagels, prepackaged muffins and coffee/tea—and no decaf.

The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The lobby was bright, clean and pretty. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Cute private veranda overlooking the pool where we enjoyed our morning coffee.

My only suggestion for improvement is to serve fresh muffins for breakfast. The muffins were store bought and individually wrapped and handed out by the staff. I am sure this was done as an extra COVID precaution but I was looking forward to a local continental breakfast perhaps from one of the local bakeries.
