this was the second time we stayed at pilgrim house, very nice staff and central location, easy access to all restaurants and good drag queen shows

Parking was expensive cost $ 50 and the room does not have good noise reduction

Excellent location, kind and unobtrusive staff, a very well room cleaning and a comfortably stay at the hotel.

The parking situation, the staff said that they no longer have a parking space for the car for the period of our stay, but for all 4 days of out stay We saw empty a parking spaces, We were a little upset by this and also they save on cosmetic supplies in the room. We lived together but put everything for one person and the view from the window is so-so. I also left my wish in advance by email for the hotel staff to put a Happy Birthday card, it was not fulfilled(

It was centrally located in town but far back enough from the street away from a lot of town noise. The rooms were very clean and well appointed and the staff, especially Eddie were very nice and welcoming.

The price for during the week was outrageous (but that could be from booking on here). The rooms were right above the stage of the drag shows so you can hear all the show noise, but that all ended by 11pm so it did not disturb sleep.

Good location for sure. The bed was very comfortable and the WIFI was pretty strong. The room, including the bath was very clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly during the three days we spent there.

It would be awesome if they could offer coffee in the mornings, even just for two hours. They do have two food facilities in the building.

Pilgrim House is a fairly sizeable hotel (large, for its location) right in the absolute heart of downtown Provincetown. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and quiet even in this busy location. The free wi-fi was very handy. The hotel has its own lounge and bar, and specializes in performances, including piano bar and drag shows. These are very popular, and despite their good attendance I was never troubled by any noise.

We had a lovely stay and the staff were so helpful and welcoming! The in is tucked away off of Commercial Street to very calm for sleeping and lively spaces to sit outside in patio or upstairs patio. My boyfriend arrived later than me so they were so helpful in w during he had key and parking for east access. We will return for sure! Thank you to all the staff!

The pillows were VERY big and fluffy - not my typical choice and they were all identical, so a little tricky but not a big issue, we worked out a comfy sleeping situation.

It is right in the center of commercial Street so that you can walk anywhere you want to go property is also clean and they have a really great and wonderful manager name Kevin Street she made my visit even better. He was  very accommodating, and  cares about his job

Amazing location on Commercial St but away from noise and crowds. Staff was exceptional: Eddie, Sophie, Josh, Gio made our stay so very wonderful with the warmest of welcomes, great conversation and recommendations l.

Rooms were clean but need small updates. We had 2 joining rooms but no mirror in one.

Friendly and attentive staff! Plus “Miss Conception” is a MUST see! Her show is wonderful. She sings beautifully and takes you down a fun trip of fabulous cartoons and helps you remember what it was like to be a child. I highly recommend seeing her amazing talents!

Perfect location! Friendly staff. Great Happy Hour beer prices and the watching the show with Trampolina was really fun:)

I’ve never stayed at a place that didn’t have any sort of coffee offerings. We had to leave the property and walk down the street for coffee in the morning. We only had plastic cups to drink from in the room. The shower was ridiculous! The shower head was only 3 feet from the floor so you had to detach the handle from the wall just to wash your face or hair.
