It's a good place to stay if you need to stay in the area. I was there for 3 days and parking was really good. The hotel is on the older side but they keep it in good shape. I wasn't looking for a lot of amenities or a 5 star hotel but it was very good, the room was nice, clean, the beds very comfortable. It appeared that a lot of blue collar workers stay there when they are working in the area so that was a good sign.

There was nothing not to like.

The bed was comfortable; the breakfast that was a $15 option per room was worth the price;the location near Rt 93, the airport, Rockingham Mall, Tuscan Village and Salem Town Forest was fantastic. And they managed to make up the room EVERY day which is not the norm these days.

Elevators were very slow

The staff were very friendly and did their best to accommodate an early check in due to a wedding that was the same time as check in. They had 2 weddings that night and did a great job of staying positive and moving quickly!

We didn't get any soap or body wash in our room. Other than that everything was great

The hotel was great. The breakfast was very good but could have been served hotter. We went for drinks at Margaritas but there was no air conditioning so we left. Too bad since the drinks were good and bartender personable.

Comfortable rooms, clean and dry. Lots of hooks for gear and it was quiet

Hallways and common areas seemed worn, had a strong smell of carpet cleaner or air freshener that made me think they were masking an underlying funk. I asked for toothpaste and was told it would be right up but no one showed up.

Room was clean and comfortable

Needed more light in the kitchen area and living room area. No coffee and tea service during the day in the lobby like most hotels. Breakfast not included. No tea in room. Cutting corners on food and drinks is not a good look!

The breakfast was good, but a little pricey. Beds were extremely comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints with my stay in your facility!

Can't think of a thing that was lacking.

No breakfast because of Covid. Linens, towels excellent quality. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

Overall, our stay was great. There were a couple of little annoyances. There was food left in the fridge which indicated that it was not cleaned. (Which made me wonder if the room had been completely cleaned. The clock radio did not work and the phone in the room did not work. The fan in the bathroom sounds like a jet plan taking off and the volume of water coming from the sink faucet was way too much. Extremely wasteful and costly on your end. The room was a good size but the bathroom was very small, the door barely cleared the toilet and the toilet itself was very low to the floor. The height was better suited for a preschool. You could also hear the traffic from the highway and every conversation from the hallway. Little to no soundproofing?

Friendly and helpful staff. clean. Nice pool and hot tub.

No towels provided at or near pool. Also, there was no place to hang towels in my bathroom - there was once a hook on back of door, but it got ripped off so there was only a hole.

Very helpful front desk. Facilities restricted due to Covid, but those that were available were in good shape. Very comfortable and easy to find off the freeway. Plenty of parking and adjacent to a good Tex-Mex restaurant.

Nothing they could control. Breakfast was unavailable, but this is a Covid issue. Perhaps a couple of carafes of coffee in the lobby would have made the situation a little better.
