I honestly have to say that we would've probably checked out early. Had it not been for Doreen who is a manager of housekeeping? She stepped in to help with an issue that staff member Kelly could not handle due to her knowledge of facility Dorian stepped in and made things right calmed down my wife. And most likely prevented us from checking out early. But not only that, we ended up extending our stay.

I did not like the fact that the price kept on changing. Even though from the beginning, we were not given our correct room or any of the correct accommodations that we made.

Breakfast was better than expected, as some hot food was available. Room was roomy and quiet.

Clarian reservation system was defective. I went directly to the Clarian web-site to book the room and the system apparently defaulted to Booking.com. I was unable to use my AAA membership to realize a discount and was told at the front desk when I checked in that I was unable to change the reservation to apply the AAA discount. The television service was terrible, as half the channels came back with no service.

Loved the convenient location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean updated rooms and incredibly comfy beds. Breakfast was great. Rooms were quiet.

Not that I didn't like it, but the outside doesn't reflect the how beautiful the rooms are inside. Kind of a weird facade for a hotel. I guess that's too keep people from having to deal with weather. The inside halls were a bit dark. Would prefer more light especially if females are traveling alone

I enjoyed the fact that it was quiet for the most part and the Heart made out of the Towel with a Couole Of rose peddles. The Shower was AMAZING.

The only thing I was disappointed about was that there was a Jr. HOCKEY team or something staying the same night, and I could hear them running rapid all over the place. Personally, I felt like If you will be booking children's sports teams, u should keep them on the first floor and make sure that the Adults keep them under control, especially at night and before 6 am

Location, staff, cleanliness, comfort, quiet

The hotel advertised free breakfast from 6-10 a.m. When we came down the breakfast area all of the hot breakfast items were already gone like eggs sausage etc. There was coffee and fruit and a make your own waffles but no eggs. I just thought that was strange. And the girl on the desk checked the trays to see that there were none but no more were ever provided. Might seem like a small or minor issue but we were looming forward to it before hitting the road home.

60% my fault, but there were controls on the heat/air conditioner and a thermostat on the wall. I didn't notice the thermostat until morning so the room was very warm and difficult to sleep. Just a little sticker on the unit near the controls for the dummies like me that don't travel a lot would have saved us a lot of sweat. (I could have contacted the desk, but I was sure it was broken and didn't want to change rooms.)

Great location for our travels to experience Boston. Slept well and great room. Check-in experience great. Room very clean and big. Great parking. Would recommend to others.

We slept late after going to RedSox game and getting home at 1am. Staff had no flexibility in breakfast despite arriving at 9:10. Poor form.

The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location was quiet and we definitely enjoyed the pub attached to the hotel. For the price the hotel was great. Would definitely recommend and if we are back in the area we would definitely stay again.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the property itself. For the price we paid everything was as expected.

Good location just off highway and next door to a 99 restaurant/bar Our room was enormous. It was lovely and clean and comfortable. Comfy bed. Had read some poor reviews which made us hesitate to book, but we were really pleased with our choice. Breakfast was more than adequate.

Right off the highway and the 99 Restaurant is located at the hotel but unfortunately we did not have a chance to eat there. The room was clean, spacious, and the be was so comfy. The staff was friendly. And lets not forget about the breakfast which was delicious.

i really can not think of anything bad to say as we enjoyed ourselves at this hotel.
