Free shuttle to Harvard so I could attend an event there, and a bus stop across the street from the hotel for easy access coming back. The staff is very friendly. Little market in the lobby. Comfortable bed. The ability to use BOTH heat and air conditioning. I get cold easily at night, so the fact that I could use the heat in May was a huge bonus for me, and during the day I'd have it on AC. One of the best heating/vooling systems I've seen in a hotel

Updates to the room, not that it wasn't clean but it was a bit worn down with rips at the bottom of the beds and chipped borders on the mirror

The property is located near the train which is great for going right into downtown Boston. it is a 10 min ride. The game room is nice for the kids especially when it was raining.

I think the property’s rugs either need conditioning or replacement. There was an old musty smell. I didn’t like that the shuttle was down my entire stay. The restaurant was not opened Saturday evening as the menu stated. They said it will close early Friday based on traffic this is an inconvenience.

My family and I reason for going to Boston is to reconnect with family living in Boston. Our stay was very pleasant, relaxing, and the staff especially those in the bar and dining area made us feel like family. Thank you for a wonderful seven days.

The only thing we did not like is that there was only one washer and one dryer in the entire building

Spacious room, very comfy beds and nice bedding. Friendly staff and good facilities in the hotel and the room. Breakfast buffet was a bonus - nothing fancy, but decent enough cooked breakfast options and cereal/ toast etc, too. Could probably do with some more fruit in the selection. Luggage storage was good - they had a big locked room and stored our bags the whole day for us as we didn't leave Boston until 6pm the day we checked out. Our son liked the leisure area - we didn't use the pool, but he played basketball and on the small climbing wall.

Nothing really. We used uber/lyft to get in and out of Boston though as we were only there a couple of days and the train stop wasn't very close to the hotel, so check that if you're planning to use public transport.

Location is good 9 mins walk to Metro, only few stops to most attractions. Bus stops outside to the metro n some areas. Beds are comfortable, room is good size with spacious bathrooms. We felt safe in this area.

Shower not very hot sometimes in the morning but hot other times. Traffic noise occasionally but didn’t bother us as too tired, same as fridge n air conditioner no difference from most hotel, just turned them off when sleep. No CNN or good international TV news, CNN & BBC only on specific time on some channels. I didn’t feel welcoming upon check-in, boys need to show more enthusiasm but the ladies are always happy n helpful, thank you!

The Hotel Staff is truly wonderful! They are most considerate, efficient, and care about their guests needs and comforts to a very high level. Our flight brought us into Boston at 6:30am, so we requested the hotel for an early check-in upon arriving at 7:30am. Their normal check-in time is 4pm, and we needed a room before 11am in order to get ready for a college graduation event at 1pm. The receptionist at the time, Mr. Dev was most courteous, apologizing that this weekend, the hotel was booked up, but he would try his best if we could wait. He took our phone contact, and we waited in the lobby, using the work area (quite adequate). After two hours, he came to offer us an upgrade room that would be ready earlier, but unfortunately it didn't meet our needs. Later, while at the hotel breakfast, Dev came personally with the news of a room ready for us! We were so surprised and delighted, and most grateful for the early checkin. During our stay, all the staff was most courteous, friendly and helpful. Another staff member very kindly printed an urgent document for us, while engaging in very warm and friendly helpful conversation for my daughter. And finally, upon our departure, we reached home to find I had forgotten my medicine in the hotel fridge. Again, Dev very kindly came to the rescue - he quickly located the medicine via the hotel housekeeping and guided me through a simple system set by the hotel to provide mail-back of forgotten items. I was so relieved and deeply grateful. This hotel steps above and beyond to make their guests feel valued and helped, and be given a most enjoyable stay. Thank you, Holiday Bunker Hill staff.

Everything we needed was there and provided for . The hotel and its staff are wonderful. Perhaps a small improvement on the business/work area? A little larger space to allow separate / private tables rather than just one long table with one side having bench seating - awkward for guest that are not together to sit at. Perhaps, some area of the lobby could have tables with electric sockets, etc to offer separate/ private work areas for individual guests...

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast. Staff at the reception desk were always very polite and gentle, and could accommodate some special requests regarding my check-in and check-out. The same applies to the gentlemen at the breakfast venue. Good location, orange T-line station within few minutes walking; it will be even more convenient when the new green T-line extension will be ready (hopefully in a few months).

Everything was just perfect!

Pool area was nice.

The cleaner vacummed over my charger and spoilt the cable and said nothing. I reported it to the front desk and had to wait till next day for them to verify it with housekeeping. They said 20$ will be taken off my bill to get a replacement but it was not. Even after I confirmed during checkout that it will be deducted but it wasn't. Also rooms are only cleaned on 24hours notice request.

staff was nice, room was nice

$50 deposit and $20 parking was not mentioned beforehand, would’ve been nice to know beforehand bathroom sink had brown stain that looked like diarrhea, rooms should be cleaned a little better but other than that room was nice was annoying that you need a key to use the elevator, most hotels I’ve been to aren’t like that. we ordered doordash and couldn’t have it delivered directly to our room, kind of an inconvenience. also when we got there no one told us so we were going up and down the elevator trying to figure out why it wouldn’t stop and gave me a panic attack.

Good breakfast and Jean, the waiter was very pleasant. Rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was great and very good value for our stay.

Checking out was very poorly done by the staff. It was a mess trying to pay and it took nearly an hour!!! None of the staff at reception greeted us and did not have much manners at any time during our 6 night stay.
