I booked this trip for my mother who had just finished her battle with cancer and was taking a remission trip. From the moment she arrived the staff was beyond welcoming and friendly, and ensured that her stay was more than comfortable. They fitted her room with welcome Prosecco, relaxing music, and provided her with everything and anything she needed. She said it was the best hotel experience she's ever had, and that the breakfast was incredibly delicious! I cannot thank the staff enough for being so kind and welcoming towards her, I will forever appreciate the hospitality!! You will not be disappointed if you stay here 😊

Excellent stay at the property! Clean rooms, nice Scandinavian design, could open the window to patio door for ventilation, liked the many nightstands there were in the room. AC was working very well. There's a fridge in the room, for coffee/tea you need to go to the breakfast area. Nice bathroom, with good water pressure and fluffy towels. A bench table is outside in front of the room, next to the parking spot. The breakfast area is in the back, a continental breakfast with an excellent display of pastries, bread/bagels, cheese, salad fruit, coffee/tea/OJ, etc. The pool is very nice, next to the breakfast area. The hosts are very attentive and addressing your needs right away. The closest beach is about 1.5 miles away, be mindful that you have to pay between $25-30 parking per car, if you want to park between 9 am-4 pm.

This has more of a hotel than motel vibe, the room was very big and the beds were super comfortable. Check in was smooth and we had everything we needed. Huge breakfast spread including every possible pastry, yogurts, cheeses and meats, and fresh cut fruit. The pool was a very nice temperature and pool towels are provided.

The room smelled really strongly of cleaning products - good to know that it was thoroughly cleaned but the smell did linger. Also there’s not much in the immediate area - you’d need to drive anywhere to grab food or walk around a cute neighborhood. But it is close to other towns!

We came to the Cape for our anniversary celebration and what a wonderful stay we had at Veranda. Sometimes you just never know what you’ll get but this place is super clean, very nice and updated bathroom. The breakfast room was located outside in a barn like setting atmosphere with rustic decorations…love, love! Breakfast consisted of a variety of baked goods and pastries, fresh fruits, yogurt and cereals. The owner is very lovely. You can tell she takes great pride in her place. She’s always busy wiping tables down or picking up crumbs on the floor making sure the place is spotless. Great job Jay! Thank you so much for such a great stay. Nikki

Location was perfect! Close to beach, attractions, restaurants, etc. Room was super clean and updated. Staff was SO friendly!

very clean. the room was freshly painted and looked like new flooring. nice “beach” decor like shiplap and beadboard on walls. the structure was “olde cape cod” (eaves, shape of bathroom, closet etc) but the owners have done an exceptional job at bringing decor into the 21 century. huge standup shower, nicely tiled. very comfortable beds. each room has mini split so temp control easy for personal tastes. did not participate in breakfast option but was offered by owner. room smelled great when first walked in-always a good sign, and it wasn’t a “cover up” scent. just clean and fresh. tucked away right on route 28. heard no traffic at all.

The room looked just like the pictures. It was modern, clean and spacious. The shower looked like it could belong in a spa. We also loved the continental breakfast: many options, both savory and sweet. There was plenty of coffee and tea. The decor at breakfast was adorable and I liked that they played relaxing music in the background. We don’t have pets but noticed that they are pet friendly. They even have a dog park.

We booked 1 queen room and 5 standard double rooms; they were all tastefully decorated and pristine. The continental breakfast had a lot of selection and the breakfast area had plenty of seating for our large group. The property was fully booked for the Fourth of July weekend, but the place never felt crowded all weekend.

I think we all want the pool to be open 24 hours a day. LOL

The rooms was newly updated and was quiet. The bathroom with the jet tub was a nice relaxing amenity worth paying for. The kitchen area was fully equipped and then we were ablet to get breakfast on site.

It would be nice to have more hooks in the bathroom for wet towels to dry better, especially for longer stays. The staff was helpful though in providing extra towels. While it looked like the staff was working on parking areas, it was difficult to get to our door without walking through wet leaves and sand. We used a rug from our car to put inside the door to put wet shoes on.
