Functional breakfast. Quite acceptable. Room size and amenities were good. Prompt serving staff. Plenty of free parking. Good WiFi in the business centre. Food deliveries are allowed to come up directly to the room without us having to go down for collection.

- Bed springs were creaky and could be better. - Internet/Wi-Fi in the room was choppy and there were frequent disconnects during Zoom/Teams/Webex meetings.

The breakfast was very good and the rooms and bed were very comfortable

The first room that was given to us had wifi that didn't work the tv. The receptionist tried to help us, but after 3 phonecards we could not find a reconnect button and she couldn't leave the front desk It would have been very helpful if a maintenance person could have been available to come to our room to help. There was no one available to do that, so we were assigned to a different room. That was good and the tv worked.

The breakfast was outstanding and Angel was absolutely amazing! He was very attentive and friendly. The staff was always there to help and very kind. The location was very easy to get downtown in a very short amount of time. The pool was the highlight for the 6, 8, and 9 year old we traveled with. We used the laundry and it was quick and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay.

I particularly liked one of the front staff whose name was maybe Eric? Tall, possibly biracial thin guy. Very helpful and kind. He was working late the night I stayed there. He was tending to the customers. There was an older white guy who was kind of ignoring customers and typing a lot. Made us wait while he typed. The younger guy showed up for me and other people that were in town for the same funeral in those moments. The younger guy is a keeper.

Indoor pool, workout room, breakfast food, free parking, bed & bath, and staff / customer service were all excellent.

Nightly rate was about 10-15% more than I expected but not too bad compared to the local market. Also, other than the free breakfast, there is no restaurant on-site, so you need to drive off property to eat lunch or dinner.

The staff was phenomenal. Extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was nice and clean. Bed was a little hard for my liking but that is subjective. I really liked that everything sanitized was sealed and had a sticker, I wish other hotels were doing that. Definitely would stay here again.

The bed was uncomfortable and it was quite noisy. There is a busy highway right next to it and you can hear through the walls.

Super easy to find, located just off the highway. The staff was very friendly Facilities were clean and inviting.

The bed wasn't very supportive and the springs in the box spring were very squeaky and noisy whenever I turned or moved slightly.

The hotel was in a good location, close to downtown and very reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and check in was fast and easy.

There was a dirty wash cloth left in the bathroom from the previous guest. In the hotels defense it was hung in a very inconspicuous place and would've been hard to notice.

The accessibility was great, from the rooms to the pools, this location was and is one of the most accessible hotels we've ever stayed in while on vacation. 10/10. For sure.

The breakfast was nice. Lots of choices. Fresh fruit, yogurt, great coffee, fruit juice. The breakfast room was spacious. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and spacious. A great value for the money.

No problems at all. An excellent stay. We were there for appointments at U of M Medical center and the location was perfect - right off I94 and easy to find. I can’t think of a thing I would change.
