Everything worked out great. Booked online and check-in was seamless. A clean comfortable room in a great location close to town. It's a little thing but having free bottles of water in the room fridge was great. My friends and I were traveling through the state by bicycle. So a fridge full of cold water on an August day was a nice surprise!

Hmm - mostly the price. I can't recommend the place as a value unless you need to be right in town. Seems like the only game in town and so price was a premium. Oh and the water temp in the shower fluctuated from freezing to scalding...

The service was great. The office staff was very helpful. They made sure we were comfortable. Walking distance to all Boyne City has to offer such as restaurants, shopping,, and the waterfront Sunsets. I would definitely stay at the Boyne City Motel again.

Wished I would have booked more time. My schedule did not allow. Will plan longer next time.

Immaculate room! Walked to restaurants, Lake & Sat am market. Staff accommodating & friendly . We were able to check out later to get ready for a wedding . Appreciated the bottled water in fridge & delicious caramel corn!!!

Nicole at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful Loved the room set up with sofa, table and chairs and separate bedroom with bath. Artwork on walls was so cute with boats and harbors. Quiet, clean and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised and wish we could have been longer! 😊

Great location, good coffee in the office in the morning. Comfortable bed! Clean bathroom. The mini fridge was helpful.

The air conditioner was very loud. The wall outlet was old and my phone charger fell right out of it. I was able to use the power strip that was in the room though so all is well. I am gluten and peanut sensitive so there was nothing I could eat in the morning.

room was a little small but it was cozy and comfortable and had what I needed. not a problem as I was there for business and just slept in the room. It was just right for what I needed

Great location in downtown Boyne City. You are able to walk to downtown shops and local eateries. I was hesitant to stay in a motel with my family and it went well. You can tell that they are trying to keep the older facilities clean and inviting. The casing on the baseboard heaters were even dust free.

it was in a good location! wasn’t really what I expected from the pictures, although it seemed fairly newly updated. the room was clean, just a tad small especially the bathroom - could use some hooks or more towel bars & another shelf.

for being a motel, I guess it’s ok, I’m not used to staying in motels so, I am not a good judge I guess.

Rooms are a bit small, but we were only there overnight so not really an issue.

This motel exceeded our expectations! The staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was very good, with plenty of towels. We were a group of friends who don't want to share beds; I was having a hard time finding hotel rooms with separate beds. Boyne City Motel had 2 rooms each with 2 double beds, located right next to each other. Perfect! The motel is also a short walking distance to the main street, but is located on a side street so there is not too much traffic. I highly recommend Boyne City Motel.

The people were extremely nice and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the town. I especially liked the fact there was no door key, just a code to remember.
