Large kids' suite room. Big fridge, sink and counter. They should convert it into a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. Convenient to see family in Chelsea.

Our son could hear people and TV through the wall as he tried to sleep in the bunkbed which is right next to the wall. The fitness room was so hot I couldn't exercise in it. The guy said he would turn it down, but I didn't go there the next day to check. One older guy cleaning the rooms looked homeless. The breakfast had no hot items like sausage or make your own waffles. Otherwise, ok.

Quiet, Very close to hospital, places to eat conveniently located near hotel. Affordable and competitive price.

Treads in bathtub are wore out!!! I'm a handicapped person and was extremely afraid of falling while taking a shower. Carpet is really worn and needs to be replaced. It is a falling/tripping hazard. Breakfast was okay but could have used a make your own waffle machine or some other "hot" foods Beds were not very comfortable. Lumpy and hard! Definitely in need of several updates!

Clean , friendly staff

No Juice in the morning, no waffle maker, if you want a waffle, it was a frozen one un thawed, drop it into the toaster. Yuck.. The room was dark ,only because one light worked. Bulbs must be short in stock? Wasn't worried we were only there one night. Just told the front desk that they might want to change all of the bulbs.or at least check them.

The front desk Manager was very friendly and helpful. He put up with a disgruntled patrion perfectly. They were being beyond unreasonable and rude. The freshly painted stairwells look great.

The pool area is eerie and outdated and falling apart, the rooms and hallways still smell like cigarettes.

Stepping into the property, the hotel felt definitely above its star rating. Everything was clean and neat, the breakfast was good (although a little limited), and the staff was super friendly. Would recommend.

The pool was the coldest pool I ever experienced - we still did go for a swim. Also, we had some bathroom troubles, but nothing too serious.

Your staff took good care of us.

I hope they invest in a waffle iron. They work great and are way better than frozen waffles put in a toaster.

The staff was very very friendly and a pleasure it was very clean and comfortable...can't wait to stsy here again very soon

There was nothing I didn't like...if I had to pick something ...you should keep the pool open a lil later and have adult hour for the last hour

Breakfast was ample to get the day started. Very clean area, never ran out of anything, Valerie was awesome and very attentive. WI-FI was awesome. TV was great as was AC.

In room refrigerator did not work.

Location location location…hop, skip and jump to Ann Arbor. I will highly recommend to friends and family.

Clean, easy and reasonably priced.

We were told adjoining rooms were available upon checkin and when we checked in we were told no. We asked for rooms across hall from each other instead and that didn’t even happen.
