I like that there were multiple secured entrance and exits. My kids loved the whirlpool and pool although ,it was cold outside the hotel and pool water was nice. Breakfast was hot and I enjoyed it.

The third night I stayed the lobby wasn't clean before check Monday morning. Upon arrival I wasn't informed of the hotel room , pool hours, and multiple details. I know this because while waiting to get towels at the front desk the other guests receive helpful details I didn't receive during check in.

Breakfast was fine. There were several items to choose from and it was changed every day. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was spotless. We had our grandson and he went to the pool every day with his grandpa. Area was neat and clean. Aldi’s was within walking distance and Target was very close for any needs we had.

The staff was friendly and responded to our needs quickly and effectively. I would recommend basic first aid kits at the front counter for small incidents.

The pull out bed needed more attention. The bathroom in the pool area was locked or out of order which caused a little extra work with the little ones. And maybe some fruit and more options at breakfast.

I needed the room to complete some work related tasks; it took nearly 2 hours to get logged into the wi-fi. Sheets had a black mold type of substance on them…didn’t notice till the morning 😩

We were able to park our truck and boat in the rear lot under a parking lot light providing additional security assurance.

The charges from Booking.com were confusing and weren’t answered when I reported to Booking. I believe all of the charges have been reconciled, but will find out as time passes and the charges clear my CC.

The breakfast was good but first day was being cleaned up at 8:30. The assoc listed at least made fine coffee for me.

The second night there were guests in close proximity that were very loud around 1 o’clock in the morning, settled down after about 1/2 hr.

Loved the room! It was clean and comfy. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was perfect. The location was easy to find. Its located with good resources, if you need anything you can just run out and buy from the nearby stores. (2-5 min walk).

When we first arrived the wifi wasn't working, it started working at 2 am and it had good connection! The coffee machine in our room didn't have the filter tray.

Breakfast only until 9 vs 10, pool/hot tub had some issues, little snack store didn't have much . Before leaving we gathered our trash and cleaned up a bit, checked under bed for anything and found some else trash under bed, 2 drinks, candy wrappers etc.

Well I was enjoying the hot tub and this lady came got in the hot tub and started scraping her feet skin floating in the water well that ended my whirlpool time.
