location and staff were nice.

breakfast was not very good. no chocolate chip cookies. they said it was because of Covid.

Wifi worked well. The room was spacious. The shower was nice. Breakfast was decent.

Some stains on the carpet in the hallway.

Walk--in shower. Easy access for dog walks. The staff let us use the breakfast room to have a delivered dinner with friends who were also staying in the facility. Housekeeping was very considerate.

it is difficult to find. We wound up meeting four other friends who were staying with you. It was a 60th High School reunion.

Very friendly and personable and helpful staff, easy to communicate with and always someone available. Comfy beds, nice shower, very clean, free coffee and refrigerator and microwave. Hot tub and pool and breakfast included with stay.

Only complaints - is pretty far from downtown area if you have stuff you wanna do there. (But the price makes up for that.) And the room had no curtain to block the light out in the morning which is kind of unusual. I would bring an eye cover mask if you're trying to sleep in.

The hospitality ..front desk people...were so nice and helpful...you could tell they like there Jobs.. I am a return customer because of how great this man was on my first trip beginning of Aug.

room service needs to happen...fresh towels..take out my garbage.Arrived wed and left Monday and got nothing even when I asked the maid i saw in the hallway who was cleaning a room. Close mine... no clean towels or a made up bed

Clean room, comfy bed, walk in shower, nite staff went above & beyond helping us with securing an Uber when the shuttle to airport didn’t show

Scrambled eggs would have been nice, offerings satisfactory. Staff unaware of shuttle’s in-availability until the time of our departure, which we had requested the evening prior.

All staff was so polite and happy that you were staying with them having my family

I couldn't stay longer with them it was phomenonial and very comfortable and they accommodated everything every concerns good breakfast and gave us a rewards card for rewards and stays.

Hot breakfast, they are in the closing phase of remodeling the lobby. Our room appeared to have been remodeled. It had a walkin shower which was great for me since I am a little older! LOL! Staff very friendly. If we go back to GR we will stay there again.

The room was comfortable. It was not as big as the room we stayed at in Sault Ste. Marie just before we came there. We had a kitchenette there for the same price just about as this room was. The pool & hot tube was nice. The hotel & room were nice & clean. Staff was nice too!

Not a lot to offer on the breakfast as far as hot stuff. Eggs, bacon, sausage or sausage gravy & biscuits.

rooms were clean and updated. staff was friendly

swimming pool was closed and under maintenance which I understand but would have liked to know that before I booked the trip. breakfast was limited and there was no attendant to maintain the area so it was out of stuff and needed cleaning.
