Newley renovated. Great décor and pool. staff was so nice. We had 8-10 inches of snow and they did a great job of clearing. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. Close to the interstate.

Due to the new renovations there was no food on site. When I booked online it said there was breakfast available. I feel they could have at least offered complimentary coffee and water in the lobby. there was a small bar open with Starbucks Coffee but the staff didn’t arrive until 9am or later.

very nice to place- use to be the the plaza … bout to have gran re opening. staff extremely nice and has a shuttle that is 24 hr and will take you almost anywhere. bar & grill not yet open and pictures do not match the hotel - certain things not available. also this is a higher class hotel - they should invest into breaking.

Booked thru priceline, they listed this as the Plaza Hotel. Drove around for an hour, LOST. UNTIL I stopped and asked at the "Sheraton"....only to find out THAT was the location!!!!!! I was over tired and really mad by then! (Mapquest told me to circle thru the parking lot, out onto the main street and pull back in!!!!! THATS WHEN I went inside and asked.. WTH!!)

the location was good. They supplied a shuttle to the airport. I have Mobily issues and they were able to give me a ground floor room. I was dropped off at the hotel very early. Transport issues and got there several hours early and they were able to put me in a room earlier then check out.

Recently nicely remodeled.

Bathroom floor had a used contact lens on the floor. If housekeeping had cleaned the floor well, would this lens have still been there. However, it could have been the result of someone being careless of emptying the waste basket after the cleaning the floor.

The staff was friendly and accomodating. The room, the lobby, and all other areas were clean and well taken care of.

It would have been nice if the restaurant were open and if there were more snacks available for purchase. Otherwise it was great.

Balcony was nice, but small. Location close to things to do and places to eat. Lots of Ice and vending locations. Most staff was pleasant. Easy check in and out. I couldn't hear neighboring rooms. Vaulted ceiling makes room feel bigger. Comfy bed.

The curtains in the room had stains splattered, looked like food or vomit. No microwave even though it was listed on amenities. Shower faucet didn't plug when in shower was on, and bath held water entire shower. Bathtub drained while drying to have a bubble bath. Bathroom is way too small. No place to hang wet towels. Pillows too soft. Lots of areas in building where there is physical damage. Room was dusty on walls.

first room had flooding issues, room service is slow and terrible, hot tub shut down for “maintenance”, poor communication between staff/shifts: multiple trips to front desk about same issue.

Everything the beds were comfortable everything was clean staff was super friendly. There is a Starbucks in the hotel and a restaurant, we didn’t get to experience that on this stay and wasn’t far from the butterworth spectrum hospital.

Michelle, the supervisor at the front desk was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure I had a great experience. She is a real asset to your hotel!

There was no room service available
