The room was comfortable, clean, staff was phenomenal, breakfast was a nice selection.

I unfortunately didn't read the amenities available, so to save money I brought food that requires a microwave. There wasn't one in the room, coffee and microwave are available to you but you have to go out to the main area. I wasn't even sure, I was supposed to use it. So I didn't. Getting into the hotel from the highway was really rough, GPS tells you to make a u turn at the light and take the first right to reach your destination. Those directions put you back on the highway, it took me a bit to figure out how to get there because it's not obvious, unless you know the area as the hotel sits back off the road. None of these are issues to complain about, our stay was wonderful. Just maybe informative to other travelers.

The hotel has a modern appeal. No carpet in the rooms which I loved!! I also thought the auto lights in the bathroom were excellent. The bed was comfortable. The thermostat was easy to adjust to a comfortable temperature. The shower and water pressure were excellent. The breakfast was better than your normal continental breakfast offered at most hotels and the coffee was excellent.

If I had one comment for improvement it would be the floors needing mopped. We had to wipe up some water on the floor and the cloth used was pretty dirty for the small amount of water we wiped up.

The staff was great , very friendly, breakfast was great, coffee 24 7 was awesome, Room was nice, bathroom needed additional cleaning, Nicole manager was wonderful!

Bathroom could have been cleaner. No one told us upon check in that we had to ask for maid service. I think that should have been in the quote of the room as it was not a cheap room. The actual location of the hotel honestly was horrible it faced a loud industrial plant. If I had known that I would not have booked the hotel especially for 229 per night.

We loved how fresh, clean, and friendly this hotel was. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We requested a crib online for our 2 year old upon booking; staff ensured this request was completed.

The two things we would have changed are more “homemade” breakfast options and having housekeeping for guests who stay less than 5 days. Staff did ensure that if we needed anything, we could ask them (fresh towels, sheets, toiletries, etc.

Breakfast was very inclusive and I appreciated that. I have celiac disease and there were multiple safe options for me. The room was fancier than I thought it would be

They seemed to have cleaned everything but the shower in our room. There were clippings of hair from a body part id rather not imagine and some gunk. We had to try and clean it ourselves.

When we arrived the staff wasn't present in the lobby but once called came promptly with a smile and were indulgent to my very excited 3 small kids I always have with me. I was grateful after a long day of driving that I didn't have to curtail their excitement as they were instantly directed to the beverage bar so that I could conduct my own business. The staff made the transition into the hotel and our stay easy to understand with simple explanations and directions to the pool, exercise room, and elevator. Check out the next morning was just as smooth with kids happy from playing the morning away in the pool. The hotel was so clean so simple, and I love that there were no carpets - a harbor for gross allergens - We will absolutely be staying again!

5/22 day and night manager were great! The day manager went out of her way to look out for us and she was so cheerful. The night manager was very helpful. Room was clean. love the blackout shades and liked the Dove brand products. Bed was comfortable and liked that the blanket was in a duvet. Also the small biz center saved my day!!!

Wish there was jam for the bagels. Liked the honey nut check.

The property and hotel are modern and beautiful, rooms are spotlessly clean and bathrooms very modern with beautiful tile and backlit mirrors. Beds were extremely comfortable. The GM and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

Brand new hotel - very clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice showers and comfy beds. Everything worked really well. The rooms had fridges and were spacious. Very close to the interstate.

The location is very isolated. It is pretty far from the town center, and there are VERY few rideshares available. There are no restaurants or bars within walking distance. You definitely need a car to stay here. Breakfast was just takeaway items, nothing special.

Seems brand new- super modern. Parking was easy. Decent continental breakfast. Nice coffee, tea, sparkling water always available. Snacks available for purchase. Friendly staff.

It’s directly across from a huge factory of some sort. The bottom of the pool was extremely dirty.
