The hotel was just renovated and I liked almost everything about this hotel, except there's no mini coffee machine in the room and the coffee machine in the lobby doesn't make good coffee. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable.. there's no carpet in the rooms 😃 except in the hallway and everything is very😃very clean. The TV was big, cable channels, remote worked, mini refrigerator worked well.

I didn't like no coffee machine in the room.. coffee machine in lobby didn't make good coffee. the door to the room could use some insulating around the door.. I could hear people out in the hall.

I didn't like the street it was on cuz from the main road you have to hurry up and turn and then next time I will have to get bigger beds LOL.. I also didn't like that there was not an actual breakfast some motels already went back to actual breakfasts and it's wonderful but I understand..

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Tea and coffee were always available. Staff were very polite and courteous.

The breakfast left a bit to be desired. A muffin, a granola bar and a bottle of water. You could pick up a yogurt. I did expect a little more for breakfast like some other hotels that I have stayed at.

The hotel was convenient for our needs

The heater in the room did not work well. It really wasn't needed but would have been nicce to have some heat in the early morning. I didn't like the grab and go option for breakfast. No sitting area for breakfast - but guess one could always take back to the room.

The property was fine. Looks so much nicer than it did a few years ago.

The reception area is small with no guests restrooms. They also need more space so they can actually have a breakfast area. Right now it is way too small for that.

The owner was very friendly and the room was nice

A better breakfast. I always pick Days Inn when I travel because of their breakfasts. No waffle maker 🥲 or other breakfast choices. The “to go” breakfast bag was just OK

The British lady at the front desk was warm and welcoming. She was also very accommodating with my request for extra pillows due to my vertigo. Average hotel but a 4 star experience. It was located very close to downtown Holland which was the goal. I would return again.

The hotel was dated. It could also use some basic maintenance. The tub was leaking around the faucet.

The room was clean and comfortable. TV had premium movie channels that surprise me. Room was equipped with a refrigerator and Wifi.

Breakfast was not good, but I did not expect much for the price. It was about the worst breakfast venue, even for a low cost motel.

Near to Saugatuck and Hotel Cost mainly the reasons why we chose Days Inn over the other. Receptionist explained everything very well.

Bathroom doesn’t have Shampoo, Conditioner, Garbage bin and Toilet Paper box inside. The windows seems dusty.
