the pool was open late so we could go later in the evening, the room was really big so it was really convenient we booked our room for 3 people but had 2 more people show up and they were also able to stay in our room for no extra charge. the morning room service was really nice so everything was cleaned. and the selection of snacks were really nice too if we wanted something to drink or snack on we could, ice machines on every floor. Etc... it goes on.

we came for breakfast maybe 20 minutes before it ended so maybe why there wasn't a big selection to eat because it looked like a lot of it was gone. We were going to add a night but it was already booked for the next people to stay at so they said we would have to make a completely different booking and we would have to swap rooms. Other than that is was great!

The hotel is clean and the room size (suite) was excellent.

The kids in the room above us using the room as a race track until after ten pm then listening to one of them cry until 3 am after seeming to have fallen off the bed.

Neat and clean. Comfortable room size. Well designed for traveler requiring computer wifi and need to complete computer work and leisure tasks. ALL staff presented an attitude that said "you are important," "how can we help you" and "is there anything you need or would like." It was obvious that the entire staff had been trained, coached and mentored to make sure the guests needs were being met. All staff one met enquired if there was anything they could help with and asked if my expectations were being met. When told "No, I have everything I needed" or "I am pleased with the facilities and services," I received a smile and a "Thank you, that's what we like to hear." The important pronoun I heard was "we." It was obvious the staff considered themselves part of a team. It was obvious that each team member's job was to provide the service that was required or to make sure the correct individual was notified so the traveler's needs could be met by the individual that was best able to provide the service required most efficiently. I felt everyone wanted to ensure the client's needs were being met. It would seem to me the important thing is the staff understood how best to meet the customers needs. This indicates they understood their responsibilities and knew when the client needed to be put in contact with another team member. This is vitally important to an efficiently operating team. I can't think of anything more disastrous than a team staffed with team members who attempted to meet the clients every need by themselves. From what I saw your team knew what they could do efficiently and when the best way to meet the client's needs was to call the approiate person or explained how to or who to complete the tasks the clients reqired. They understood when and how to ask questions in order to provide good service.

The only dissapointment was that I was only in the area for one day. I wish I could have stayed longer

Stayed here while power was out at home during ice storm. The hotel was convenient and not too expensive. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

there wasn’t any coffee included in the lobby as the website stated, couldn’t figure out coffee machine in room or it was broken. No extra linens or pillows in room.

had to go to Holiday Inn across parking lot for our complimentary breakfast. That location was not clean. They ran out of breakfast very early., the food area was not kept clean. trash bins were over glowing with trash

Loved the cleanliness and updated design in the lobby and rooms. The bathroom was spacious as well as the bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable

Could have had an extra roll of toilet paper in bathroom as well as stronger water pressure

The room and bathroom was very nice and clean.

One of the window blinds would not close, so my room could not be dark, also the heat was not on so my room was 60 degrees which took a while to get warm and go to sleep.

All the staff we came across were very friendly. Loved the size and lay out of the room, wish more hotels had this type of room. The room with the beds was separate with a door and both rooms had good size TV's. We had to pay for breakfast but it was well worth it, breakfast is made onsite. There was a miscommunication on the time breakfast was closed and we showed up when it was closing, however the person making breakfast stayed open, took our order and made our breakfast and it was delicious. They also let us keep our expensive bicycles in the room instead of leaving them out on our car bike rack.

less about the property more about the listing. listing states breakfast is included, and is not accurate. I was given a voucher, but only after showing the booking stated it was included.

Rooms were large & clean, lobby was great

A plain small black coffee was $3.71 if you are going to charge that much for coffee it should be coffee shop quality.
