The receptionist when we checked in, as well as the receptionist in the mornings were both wonderful! Very cheerful and helpful and warm! The room was clean and well put together; nothing was broken or unkempt. Breakfast was great and it was one of our best experiences in Ludington (we've stayed at 6 different hotels in Ludington over the last several years) and we absolutely will be back.

One of the only small things was that the bread toasters didn't work the greatest (very slow) and the option of a bagel or muffin would have been nice but was still a great breakfast nonetheless!

It was small, so that made it a lot easier to navigate and it was extremely quiet. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Loved that you couldn’t enter the building without a keycard. Made me feel extremely safe. Also loved the black out curtains

Wasn’t too big of a fan, of the windows pointing out to the hallway. I felt like we were being watched. But it’s definitely not a deal breaker as they did have curtains I could have closed.

Big hotel with all amenities - clean- free parking at hotel- nice spacious breakfast area-snackstand @ front desk- 15' from Ludington on main drag- nice breakfast with options + excellent follow up by breakfast lady - nice pool area

If your room is @ the back ,it's quite a walk to the front desk and breakfast area . No restaurants close to hotel

We went out for breakfast. Just wanted to sleep in.

The tiny shampoo’s weren’t enough for anyone except a bald person!! I should have brought my own. We needed a lamp by the table, it was very dark in that corner. Also, light above vanity needs to be much brighter. I had to stand by the window to do my makeup.

Spotlessly clean and very friendly.

We had a handicap room and here are some suggestions: make sure the chair has arms because I can't get out of a chair without arm, have a vertical bar by the toilet as well as a horizontal and I couldn't use the tub because it was too tall and needs a shower chair. Need USB ports to charge cell phones.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable to be in. I enjoyed swimming at the pool. I also liked it that there is a late quiet hour for adults to enjoy the pools.

I find the hot tub disappointing as it is not as warm as it should be. I think the hot tub could have been warmer.

EVERYTHING we have crossed the country on this trip. Left Oregon heading to New York. This is the first hotel with eggs and sausage for breakfast. Beds were great, very quiet. Plus a fenced dog park.

Breakfast area needed restocking an hour after starting. No half and half for the coffee and an empty bottle of hot sauce

We accidently left an important item at the hotel. We called the place and they quickly found and shipped the item to us. Thank you to housekeeping and staff involved in its return. So, friendliness, honesty and care for the well being of visitors are outstanding and appreciated.

The beds were very comfortable! We were happy with the cleanliness of our room. Breakfast was great!

Considering we rented a room with two queen beds we felt that two shampoo bottles and two bars of soap would have been nice. Front desk staff could have been friendlier. Finding our room was a bit of a maze. LOL

Hotel room was clean and very nice. Every Staff member I saw or talked to had a smile on their face and was helpful.

The only complaint I had was that my young toddlers could easily unlock the door very easily, but I'm glad there was a higher latch at the top that would only let the door open less than an inch.
