Ludington is a very happy, friendly town. Everyone was always smiling and said hello. I am so glad that we finally stayed there after visiting for many years. When we arrived in the afternoon at Ludington Pier House the young man at the front desk was very helpful, polite, & courteous at all times. They did not hesitate to help when they saw you had a need of any sort. I had a room on the 2nd floor and I was having a hard time bringing the luggage up when we arrived and then back down the stairs when we were leaving at the end of the week, a young man from the office saw me struggling and he immediately came over to help me each time. I was very grateful to him for his assistance. It was a very nice surprise that Ludington Pier House provided us with a coupon for "Buy A Breakfast-Get a Breakfast" at the House of Flavors each day. They have awesome food there all day long and the ice cream is also excellent. The pool was very clean and my grandchildren had a blast in it. The hot tub was nice. Plenty of towels were provided in the pool area. There were picnic tables, chairs, and lounge chairs available outside of the pool area with some chairs inside the pool area. There is a small fridge but it did not have a freezer section.

The bathtubs were dirty in the 2 rooms we stayed in.

Great location close to the lake and in walking distance from downtown. They did not do breakfast but gave us a voucher for the amazing House of Flavours. Very friendly staff and spacious clean room. Big swimming pool and nice warm jacuzzi

The mattress was a bit too hard for my taste. And the second night I got woken up by laundry machine spinning at 4am. So get a room away from the laundry area if you are a light sleeper

The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean and the mini fridge was a bonus. Nice little coffee maker also. The location of this hotel doesn’t get any better, close to the beach and walkable to downtown. Overall a great stay.

The front desk clerk was unpleasant. Our check in was uncomplicated and we had no special requests but he acted like we were a hug inconvenience. It takes little effort to treat your customers like they are the heart of your business. Will consider other options in the area because of the staff.

I liked that the rooms in the back part of the hotel were more secluded and personable. Very clean

No microwave in the room. They should note that the microwave is a $10 flat fee. The pool was out of commission. It would have been great to spend time in the pool.Lastly the staff is rarely at the front desk. I understand there are task that need to be completed but have a bell or alarm that can alert you when someone comes in. I had to wait 10 minutes for him to check me in and when I went to check out in the morning I waited so long I just left. At least have someone at the front desk during check out and around check in time.

It is in a good location and everything worked as it should. It wasn't too far from downtown and they give a half off breakfast coupon at House of flavors.

The beds are really hard. And the signage for the no smoking on the property needs to be put in more places because I was not told at the front desk and don't remember reading it when booking in

Room was clean and beds were extra comfortable! Just a couple minute walk and you're on a beautiful Lake Michigan beach where you can watch the sun set. A 20 minute walk from the ferry. Will stay there again on our next trip to Ludington.

the day we stayed we were 2 blocks from an art fair that was fun. we requested a ground floor and were happily accommodated. the room was clean and prepared, there is a nice lawn with picnic tables for use by guests.

no breakfast was included, but the clerk did offer us a coupon to a breakfast restaurant close by.

The location to the beach was perfect. The facility and room were clean and well maintained.

The office wasn’t staffed at all times and I had to track someone down to get let back into my room.

Location to city beach and downtown areas are a short walk in either direction. Although no breakfast they did provide buy one get one to the house of flavors.

Pool advertised pool was under construction. Hotel is split into 2 sections. Where we parked was on side street and had to deal with trailers being parked in the few spots there was for hotel guests.

Super nice and accommodating staff. Very affordable and very worth it. Especially due to the space! With it being walking distance to the beach there’s not much more you could ask for
