Excellent breakfast with friendly efficient workers. Pristine room and entire facility! Best Baymont we’ve ever stayed in. Other hotels should use this location as the one to model! It is absolutely great!

Good location, not far from the ferry dock. Hot breakfast was very good, had lots of options. Overall clean environment. Lots of bathroom amenities. Front desk team was very helpful. 24hrs coffee station was available, Overall very good experience.

It was very close to everything we wanted to visit and the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

The room smelled like it had a hockey team stay in the room. Stunk like wet mildew locker room. The bathroom wasn’t any better smelling. The smell coming from the ac unit smelled like wet towels and sweaty socks. Didn’t complain because we were there for one night but it was overwhelming at times. Also was told the shuttle to the ferry was quick but they had to call twice and wait approximately 35 minutes. Shuttle had no air running. First impressions are everything and it being our first time visiting the area not too sure if we would return or recommend

Excellent customer service. The lady working at the desk overnight was friendly and helpful. She saw my request on booking about wanting a 3rd floor room and upgraded us. I appreciated that. Location was great. Room was clean. We will be back.

We had a late checkout at noon instead of 11am. So after I loaded up my trunk with luggage at 11:30am, the keycard didn't work to get back into the hotel. We were parked in the back so I walked around the entire hotel to get to the front office to refresh the keycard.

Breakfast was exceptional. The staff ensured that everything was continually restocked. The sausages were steamed vs baked or fried. There was a good variety of cold and warm selections.

Our room was not attended to after the first night's stay. I am used to the beds being made, the waste baskets being emptied, the tissue re-stocked and dirtied towels replaced. Ours were not. After the second night, the beds were made and the towels were all replaced. Perhaps their policy is to clean every other day??

Don't miss the free front door pick-up for the shuttle to Shepler's ferry dock--just tell the front desk staff when you're ready to go. Great location and very good breakfast with lots of options. Room was spacious and beds and pillows were super comfortable. Room was also quiet, so we had a very peaceful night's rest.

Upon entering our room, we found spots of what looked to be blood on one bed comforter and in the bathtub. The rest of the room and hotel looked very clean, so perhaps this was a one-off.

Clean, great service and beautiful facilities. The check in was perfect and they were very friendly. The breakfast was good and the kitchen staff was great. Parking was great for handicapped accessible guests.

Just one thing and the reason we booked the hotel. The roll-in shower was great however the shower chair was roughly 12 to 16 inches high. I dare any able bodied employee to sit on the shower chair and then stand up with a wet shower floor. My wife is paralyzed on her right side so she was unable to take a shower due to the non adjustable seat. The standard shower chair has adjustable legs or is a standard plastic chair at a normal height. It is time to either hire a disability consultant or hire staff with common sense. I hope this review is published and saved other handicapped guests from making our mistake of trusting this hotel to do the right things for their handicapped guests.

The location was right in the heart of everything.Housekeeping staff was friendly and very efficient it's very clear that they like their jobs and do it very well aiming to please. The room was very comfortable and well maintained daily.Breakfast was great and satisfying.This is truly a 'giving' hotel making coffee/tea and even cookies available to us throughout the day .The pool ,hot tub and fitness areas were well maintained also.I most certainly would recommend and stay here again.Where ever I travel I'll certainly be looking for this chain of hotel for my 1st choice. Keep up the good work and thanks for a wonderful experience for my 6 year old granddaughter and I.

I was fully satisfied with the breakfast selection. They go above and beyond, offering eggs & sausage along with the usual breakfast fare. Plus the staff at this location were exceptional! They were friendly and willing to help when needed. Another nice perk was the 24/7 coffee/tea bar, really appreciated that as well!

Couldn't really think of areas where they could improve off the top of my head. We have stayed here before, and will continue to come back to this hotel.
