As soon as we walked it we could smell the clean! It was a cozy place and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Our sink drained really slowly. But that was fine. I had one issue and it was not for me. A guest was in a wheelchair (larger than normal) and wanted to join her family in the pool, however due to the way the pool entrance is set up, she was unable to do so. I inquired about her entering through the outside door but, there is no handicap accessible ramp outside. I felt terrible because the woman was unable to join her grandchildren and spent a lot of her time crying because of it.

This was the second time we stayed there. Wonderful accommodations and the beds were fantastic! I felt like I was at home. Each morning, the free breakfast was amazing!

The pool was closed, due to maintenance, the five days we were there, but did not inconvenience us. They had a shortage of housekeepers, so if you were not staying there for seven days, you had to do all of your own housekeeping, emptying trash, getting fresh towels, etc. Our stay was for give days.

I did not partake in having breakfast. I'm on a diet. Although it looked like some delicious items were available, and it also looked well organized from what I could see, as other people were eating breakfast there.

My bathtub drain plug wasn't working properly. I had to hold a wash cloth over the drain and place my foot down on top of it to hold the water in, for my bath.

Rest of the staff other than the breakfast lady was great! Shower was great with great pressure! The bed was awesome. Hotel and room were clean. Loved the little dove soap.

The breakfast bar staff was very rude and abrupt. 1st time there but she looked at us like we were stupid and pointed when we asked where something was. Didnt like the toilet and tub being seperate from the sink. Toilet too small and too short to the ground. I'm not handicapped but middle-aged people are spry chickens. It takes a little more effort to stand from a short toilet.

I like that you had Wi-Fi free of charge...but we only found out by accident. No one said anything about it at check in. Location was excellent for the event I was there to attend.

At check in I advised the reception that I was checking out a day early and I was told that I had to arrange the refund through booking.com because that's where I booked the room through. So I went to booking.com and I was advised on there to call the hotel directly. So your clerks at the front desk need to be trained appropriately. I did call down to front desk again later into the evening and the clerk there (who was a bit more experienced) simply advised that my credit card would be credited by the hotel. Also at check out, I asked for a receipt and it was the same gal as when I checked in advised me that she couldn't give me a receipt because it was booked through booking.com. So I don't know where the miscommunication is....

The location was great as we were there for a wedding and reception in Lake Isabella’s Little Flower Barn.

We had room #307; maintenance needs to tighten the toilet seat. Twice during our short stay it almost threw me to the floor, and I was being extremely careful as I have an upcoming surgery for a hip replacement.

You could everything in the room next door. The toilet filled and emptied every 15 minutes. We did not notice it until we returned to the room after midnight.

The staff was very friendly, facilities were clean. We could see the casino from our room window. I did not check out pool area. We had a king bed room 313 and it was clean and nice. I like the ceiling fan in the room and was happy to have a mini fridge! I would recommend this place

There really wasn't anything I didn't like about this place. I will say the bathroom was small.

Our family comes every year for the Special Olympics with my little sister and they are very accommodating, very clean and nice staff. Very central to everything from campus, to restaurants and casino. Breakfast included. We will continue our yearly stay.

Location is perfect for doing activities at the casino. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, the room was cozy and the water pressure was divine.

The pool area was really slippery; the jets in the hot tub didn’t work and the hot tub itself seemed slimy.
