The staff was exceptional. Before I checked in, a group of 8 was checking in. The person at the desk remained calm, professional and engaging. She answered all of their questions and made sure they understood the map of the city. When I checked in I already knew everything I needed to know!

The size of the room was a little smaller than I expected based on the pictures I saw online. The TV was older and kept freezing up, which was a little annoying. However, the room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable.

Our suite was more sizable than we thought. Located across from a store which was great, since we couldn’t find any restaurants to dine in. Staff was super cool and very pleasant!

The room was stuffy. Kind of smelled. But we did have to put the heat on so that also could have been why. Tub had hair in it. (Before any of us showered) Sheets had food crumbles or something underneath the blankets. We had to brush it off. We are not fussy. But you should keep that in mind. Also, in the area, we could not order food in. Restaurants closed or not allowed more dining by 8pm.

This was our first stay at the Pictures Rocks Inn. It is located on the main drag and is a few blocks from restaurants, the bookstore, the boat dock, and a nice neighborhood in which to walk. Our room was exceptional - spacious, comfortable, quiet, plenty of seating, and well maintained. Price was reasonable and free parking. Breakfast is not provided, however, Earl E. Byrds is a good breakfast option, or, there is a large grocery store across the street and the rooms are equipped with refrigerator and microwave. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved how easily accessible this hotel was. We were in room 28 so we were right inside an external door which we actually loved. We were coming and going quite a bit, and this made it very simple. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is maybe a tad outdated but we stayed here for 3 nights and have no notable complaints. We would stay here again. Munising is a great place to visit, we thought. Sand Point beach is not far away and was very beautiful. It was easy access to the Pictured Rocks Highway. Munising Falls and Horseshoe Falls are very close and worth a visit!

There was no breakfast provided, it's always nice when a hotel offers this but there were plenty of local places to get delicious breakfast.

The property is across the street from a grocery store, so we didn't need to pack additional food items. Maps and interests of the local area events are in the main lobby. We were about 20 minutes away from countless breathtaking lakes. Everyone was friendly and even helped us find the best Yupper Lite Rock Hunting area!

The front two doors at the entrance are not electronically opened. A young lady from the front desk quickly came to our rescue and held the door open. They have excellent baggage trollies!

The room was clean and spacious. Quiet. Walking distance to downtown. Coffee and hot water available 24/7. Staff were courteous.

In the description of the kitchenette, it listed there’s a toaster but there weren’t any. When I asked the front desk, they said they don’t provide one. Should update that info. No screen on windows so we’re not comfortable opening the windows because we didn’t want to have bugs flying in (which we didn’t see anyway)

Very easily accessible and In a great spot. They have multiple entry points that makes getting to your room easy. The bed was a bit stiff but i generally like that! The front desk girls were so nice and helpful!

The only things I was not crazy about is that if you have a room with a view of the pool, you have to keep your curtains drawn so no one sees in your room. Maybe try tinting the one side so no one can see in.

This was our second stay at the hotel, so we knew what to expect. The price is very reasonable. Front desk staff are very polite and helpful. I love the coffee bar in the reception area. There is also a pool and a hot tub, but the hot tub seemed to not be at full power.

The beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable and the air conditioner filter needs to be changed. Lastly, the hot tub needs a look at since its jets were not working correctly.

The property is a bit older but perfectly maintained. And so very clean. I've stayed in very nice resort type places, chain hotels and none of them compare to the cleanliness of this property. And the staff were so helpful and always kind and pleasant.

I liked everything, only had one small suggestion......because I travel with people who need assistance with personal care perhaps a grab bar in EACH bathroom would be helpful. The accessible room we booked was perfect, with appropriate placed bars and a stable shower chair.

Location was perfect for what we wanted. The staff was very accommodating... we had to cut our vacation because of illness and they notified about refund possibility for unused night. The hotel is a bit dated but very roomy. There was constant access to hot drinks in the lobby, which was nice.

The floor felt a little sticky and uneven. The bathroom was a little small with not a vanity space. It could use a bigger fridge. It was a bit pricey but it's a tourist town, so that was expected.
