Receptionist was friendly and helpful. She made us feel welcomed and invited. She was very professional; answered all questions and provided just enough details. Love that the hotel had an indoor and outdoor pool. Really liked that hotel guests received 10% off at UNO restaurant. The Cobb Salad. cheese bread, cocktails and service at the UNO was also very good. We sat at the bar area, and the bartender, was on top of her game.

There were not very many chairs to layout out in the pool. Adding a few more would be nice. Also having cleaning wipes available to clean the outside tables / chairs is ideal too.

Beautifully renovated hotel. Huge parking lot. Attached to Uno restaurant. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I had a suite which was HUGE. Perfect for a family with kids (the couch pulls out) or friends looking to split a room as there is a 2nd bathroom in the LR area. Older coffee maker, fridge and microwave included. When I come back to Saginaw I will book here again

The elevator is old and slow. Breakfast is not included in the stay. Can go to Uno or next door to IHOP or Denny's. Coffee is available. I would like to see Keurigs in the rooms instead of the older coffee makers. Couldn't get a good temp in the room, it was either too hot or too cold.

stayed on first floor and had patio door access to pool, was great place and enjoyed it.

stayed for two nights , no breakfast came with the room. It was $12.50 per person for breakfast at the restaurant ,so it would be $50 dollars for the two of usfor two days. you could book the room with breakfast for and extra $100.00 , didn't make sense.

All was good but my white sweater wasn’t not returned to me I left there

Honesty. I left my white sweater there and someone did not return in to the office. I’m 100 for sure. I left my sweater there.

It was Convenient for us & the purpose of our trip. Amenities were great. Clean. Friendly staff.

Noisy after hours. Someone's obnoxious alarm going off at 4am. People arguing in the hallway.

the location .. close to good and shopping areas

mainly the air.. stayed 2nights.. room temperature was set on the same number all day, the air turned on during the morning/day, but at night it would turn off without me touching it and room got hot. also you can hear everything outside the doors and in the rooms next to my room.

The room and staff were great

No vending machine with pop or snacks And couldn't turn the air conditioner down past 65 room never got to 65 always 67 68

Compared to other properties I stayed at in Michigan, this was the best overall.

There was a finger nail clipping in the bathroom sink when I first went to use it.

Location was great lot to choose to eat comfortable bed wonderful suite

The first night we got in at 10:30 in the evening supposed to have a king bed two room suite put us in a double bed one room suite AC was not working right we were told that’s what we booked but on my confirmation it said a one king size suite Two room then was told no room was available due to non-cleaning of rooms we feel we should’ve been compensated back for at least one night for the inconvenience of our reservation

Had to ask for towels from cleaning lady while she was two doors down. My room was never cleaned.
