Breakfast choices were fair, but scrambled eggs were dry. Our room was clean, modern, and everything worked.

I was not impressed with the breakfast. Closing it down at 9 am on a weekend day is ridiculous! I had to tell 3 different front desk ladies that the men's room by the pool needed toilet tissue and paper towels. Finally, after the third time someone put a roll in the bathroom! Never did get paper towels filled. On Saturday morning, the cleaning person never came to empty our trash and give us fresh towels. Again, I had to let the front desk know and it was taken care of. Also, they need more floor mats coming out of the pool area. I walked out of the pool area to use the men's room on Saturday night and slipped on the wet floor fell down. Luckily only a bruised right ankle where my foot hit the vending machine.

The location was great! The room was very clean and comfortable, also very large.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. This isn’t a 5 star hotel, but for the price it’s excellent. Someone across from us or on our floor was smoking in their room. The facility isn’t responsible for this but it did make us sick to smell. It was super heavy and gross. I reported it as we were leaving.

Cleanliness and comfortable bedding was a plus. No cobwebs or critters on ceiling, headboards, or walls. Rooms look modern and recently updated. Free breakfast was satisfactory and needed as there were almost no places to go and get breakfast in this area.

The gym had no air conditioning. Outdated bowflex equipment, likely from the 2000's era, was worn out.

Staff was friendly! My kids left their blankets on the bed and when they came to clean the room they made the bed with their blankets as well. Also left my daughters bears on the bed all set up for her.

There was hairs all over the bathroom. They was in the shower and drain on the walls of the shower and in the sink. Also the fridge smelt horrible. But other than that it was a good stay.

easy access off highway and affordable price. it has a small pool and it was busy with kids.

We had a bad neighbor next to our room who was very loud most of the night yelling, slamming his door and bad language which was scary to me. I am sure the one front desk person did not want to confront them to be safe. I was afraid to leave my room to do same.

the rooms were nice, suites were big enough And had plenty of sitting room.

The booking information still has a “good breakfast included in room right“. However, Just to make sure there is no confusion, there is NO breakfast..... of course there are signs in the breakfast area to wear your mask, to social distance, etc. etc., yet there was no breakfast provided. We have stayed in many hotels over the past year, most of which have made some attempt to provide a low key (at minimal) breakfast. There was absolutely NO attempt here. Also, the pool and workout room remains closed at this time, ( yet downtown bars are open and restaurants are packed with people). at this point, some hotels are using the pandemic to their advantage.

Nice size room with 2 queen beds and a couch. Convenient to good brew house restaurant next door. Friendly staff and good breakfast with plenty of seating

Found somebodies leftover socks behind a hassock that I pulled out.

Good value and close to the lake.

Room was clean but the window and the top of the air conditioner/heater needed a good dusting/cleaning. Not a deal breaker just something i noticed.

No breakfast, due to covid --- comfortable & quiet room. Desk staff gave me a different hair dryer when the room one wouldn't work, no matter what I tried.

Phone on desk should clearly state that, to reach the front desk, one simply should dial 0. Nothing is stated, at all, saying how someone is to reach the front desk! I had presumed dialing 0 would link me to the operator of the phone company, not the hotel!
