The stay was pleasant - the breakfast had good choices, well stocked but fairly standard fare, with the ubiquitous but not-trendy-anymore 'pancake printer'. Location was pretty good if you wanted, as we did, to use it as a launching point to other south Michigan places/locales. In addition it was a straight shot to downtown shops/restaurants. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

The price. At $440/night (of course that's not what you see in the ads - once the total w/ taxes and fees is presented - sticker shock sets in). A standard hotel on the edge of the freeway with no restaurant/bar should not be charging that much. Admittedly booked at the end of the summer season, I still felt as though I was gouged.

I like modern new look. Location is just perfect. It was a really pleasure to stay there. Because it is new. Staff very very nice.

More cleaning should be necessary because it become old very quick. Bigger variety of breakfasts. The door slam strongly. Make all building shaking. It is not possible to sleep at night. Especially patio door and room above it.

Hotel is spotless. Pool is also very clean (although small). Staff is nice. Location is good. There are many hotels around this area, but this one is the newest one. South Haven is a cute town, and we had fun exploring the area for a few days.

Almost everything was perfect - but I find breakfast tricky at hotels. The breakfast here only goes until 9:30 AM and a lot of the hot food was gone by 9:00 AM. Small refrigerated items (milk, yogurt, hardboiled eggs) were also out and not able to be restocked.

The stay was great.

The guest in the room above us made a lot of noise. Sounded like they were stomping around or doing exercise or weights. I would like to suggest foam pillows as on option to all hotels. The ones provided were nice but just smashed down in the middle when you use them. Be the first chain to make this change! People will love it.

Good selection at breakfast. Good selections also for a balanced healthy breakfast. Good drink options. Hot and cold foods and constantly being cleaned and restocked. Enough seating space. Friendly staff.

Pancake machine was out of order. Ran out of 2 percent milk. Only 1 percent left, which was ok for me.

Great value. The rooms were very clean and nicely furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable Including the pillows. The staff was always friendly. The breakfast was good and had many options. Liked having a fridge and microwave in the room. The shower was beautiful.

Would like non diary options for creamer and cereal milk.

Breakfast was good - sure wish it was 7-10am, but I understand the hours set for all hotels. The lobby area was great to sit and play cards in the evening. Pool was enjoyed.

Seating for breakfast felt small during the 8:30-9:30 time frame. I was not provided a final folio during checkout - was informed one would be emailed. I had to request one via phone call to the hotel later, after not receiving one. (Staff was prompt to send after contacting.)

Very clean! Wonderful set up. Very curious and helpful staff. Breakfast left a little bit to work on. Coffee was very good!! Overall wonderful stay and would stay again!

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming and my bagel was stale (no cream cheese offered. My hubs didn’t mind the muffin so that was good.

The hotel was brand new and we really enjoyed the breakfast selection every morning. It is hard with kids to get everyone something to eat that they enjoy and everyone was happy. Also the hotel was only a 5 minute drive or less to the beaches and downtown.

The room was exceptionally clean, smelled so nice every time we entered. Shower was the best, so nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and service was excellent. So friendly🙂

Elevator seem to be either very slow or even not working properly.
