The hearing impaired rooms are brilliant. Staff was lovely. Good brekkie and nice pool area. It's a comfy place. And there's a Timmy Hortons should you be brave enough to venture across the road. Otherwise, there is not much around to see, do, or eat at.

We understand that this location is short staffed and that we stayed on the busy Labor Day weekend. However, the bathroom looked like it had not been scrubbed out in a while. It wasn't anything major for us so no complaints. But make sure to give the bathroom a peek before settling in.

Very clean, front desk had an area to buy small packs of medicine which I needed which was great at 4 am. If I could change one thing it would be the mattress. Bed was kind of firm and was not comfortable at all. Everything else was great! I did type in an extra request for an extra blanket but it was not in the room. The front desk said we are out of regular king rooms so she looked and said there was one handicapped room available. I guess we would have gotten the suite If not. We were fine with it just weird how it says something is available and when you get there it’s not. I would go there again. Hot tub by pool was adults only from 10pm to 11pm which was great.

Beds

Pool, Jacuzzi, Breakfast (so so)

I didnt like the breakfast eggs, sauages, and oatmeal. Bacon strips, pancakes, and fruit would have been nice options to have. Not enough towels in the pool area. The next morning was the same as the night before. The dirty towels remained in the bin and no clean towels were put out, so had to use my room towel.

Good selection available for breakfast. Room clean, but too cold when we got in (69). Nice size shower, but a lot of water leaking on floor, door not quite closed, it gapped. Needed larger bath mat to catch water when open door to step out.

See above answer, not complaints but suggestions for more comfort. Too much water on floor, could be slip hazard if person not aware.

Bed and breakfast was pretty good. 6am would be such a better start time for the early risers. 7am is when it was supposed to be made available and food was not ready until 7:30. we made it work and made it to our 8am appointment but i would have rather avoided rushing. Food was good, coffee was great. Pool and hot tub were great and kept clean. We liked the later hours for adults.

We packed our stuff to check out at 11 and room service knocked on our door at 10:15, to which we yelled from the bed, no thank you (assuming it was turn down) they knocked again and we said we are relaxing please let us be. (we should have had the door hanger up, i know but as i could hear this woman mumbling, i knew she could hear my husband hollar to her. She knocked a third time, at this point my husband answered the door and she said i just wanted to make sure you would be out by 11. We found this rude and we felt rushed and uncomfortable. I would have rather taken my remaining half an hour to relax before moving on with our busy day.

it was nicely decorated, breakfasts were very nice, elevators were fast, market place was well stocked!

No one came to pick up and/or exchange the towels for 4 days - other people complained also!

The staff at the check in desk were very kind and helpful. The hotel felt very updated, clean and safe. Our room was very well-sized and comfortable. I really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was also very good!

Clean Friendly Staff

Free continental breakfast was poor didn’t replenish things for later guest by time we got to breakfast wasn’t nothing left. And compared to other Marriott hotels the breakfast didn’t compare.

Thank you to the entire staff for making a great 1st time staying in a hotel for my granddaughters. We planned a great bonding overnight, of facials, movies and fun. The staff was awesome, and really made the girls first experience wonderful. The girls continue to ask when we can do it again. My husband and I are traveling in December for the Christmas holiday and we will definitely book again.

The midnight traffic. Seems like the property allows unsavory people in to book rooms after 11pm. Would hope this discontinues as not to create an unsafe place.

The location is so convenient. Also, it’s very clean. The staff were very friendly and free parking was provided.

The lightening in the bathroom was so bright, I would switch it for a soft white. Also, it would have been nice if we could use the credit card to get coins for the washer and dryer. Moreover, the breakfast options were so disappointing. There were not many options for breakfast.
