The young man was awesome and eager to make sure that we had a clean room. By the time we got to the third room, the room was extremely clean and very comfortable. The first two rooms there was debris all over the floor. The headboards were not Dusted and one of the rooms have pubic hairs in the bathroom. Again, room three was perfect. He was eager to do his best to make sure that we were satisfied, even though he was bombarded due to the power outage in the area.

Two out of the three rooms were not clean. The first room there was debris and dirt all over the floor and behind the bathroom door. Room two by the refrigerator there was debris and a round circle of stickiness and in the bathroom the showerhead was not wiped and there was pubic hair in the shower. I do have pictures to confirm.

room was comfortable, plenty of storage space for bags, lots of plugs and usb ports for charging electronics. pool was a salt water pool, and with someone with colored hair I was happy to have that! there’s also a rinse off station in the pool area which came in handy before and after swimming. the deck area was really nice to sit at night.

floor was dirty, after about 10 minutes of walking barefoot in the room the bottoms of my feet were covered in dirt, from then on I wore my shoes in the room, not a big deal but just to be aware.

This hotel was beautiful, brand new, very clean, and had tons of really neat places to explore all throughout. The rooms were spacious, but not overwhelmingly large, and the fitness center was huge and had really nice equipment. The beds were probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel. The building was right next to a busy highway, but you could not hear traffic, which was a big plus. I also asked for an upper floor, and they accommodated my request at no extra charge.

My room was out of shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Also, the thermostat and lights in the room had really bright red and green lights that made it hard to fall asleep. The breakfast could have used some better hot options, like meats and such.

it was in a nice area of Troy, although close to the highway but I didn’t hear it that much. there was a nice pool and gym, but I didn’t get time to use it due to being so tired. free breakfast was included. the bedroom I had was smaller than I thought it would be but it was still comfortable for a couple. we had a king size bed, and the room had a small desk, large TV, small fridge, end tables & alarm clock. the pillows were actually really comfy :) which is unusual at a hotel. the bathroom was very nice and modern as well.

I wish the room was a little bigger & the desk was bigger for work. :)

It was very clean and staff was friendly. They kept items stocked up. Loved the dispensers for the hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, very convenient. Loved being able to get coffee 24/7.

We were put in room #123, it was very convenient close to lobby, pool, fitness room. The only complaint is you could hear everything through out the night from the break room, maintenance room, laundry room which is right around the room/across from it.

The property was really nice! Very well maintained outside, very modern décor inside, and the rooms were very comfortable! I really liked that the rooms had no carpet. I only stayed one night so I didn’t get to experience everything they had to offer, but the pool area was nice and the complementary breakfast was good. The staff we dealt with were all amazing!

Breakfast was pleasant each morning; choices were varied each day but had consistent menu items, such as bagels and muffins. Fresh fruit was available every day. Staff was always cheerful & willing to assist. The facility was very modern and kept clean. Parking availability and access was easy and convenient.

I didn’t notice anything that could have been improved but we didn’t use any extra facilities available. From what we saw, the pool looked clean and well maintained.

The decor, the cleanliness, the staff

The breakfast could be so much better, the options were random and poor. Most mornings the fruit was bad, there is no juice or milk, no toaster to toast bagels. Only a microwave which is horrible for bagels. Peanut butter and jelly is available but no bread or biscuits to put it on.

See above. I think you could have cereal and milk options. The donuts were dry and stale. There is really nothing that children like. The tables were not cleaned after each use, a staff member told me they clean them at the end of breakfast (she did clean one when I asked. This should be done after each guest, especially with COVID. No trash cans or smoke pits outside so cigarette butts were all over the place!

it was a surprise for me to have to pay an additional $100 for “incidental’s”. I have never paid anything like this before. They said it would be returned back to my card. I will just have to wait and see
