The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot, but these were perfect for us. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. The location was near shopping and late night food options. The staff was so friendly and weren't afraid to take care of any complaint we had (they charged my card instead of using the cash we gave at check in, so they gave us the cash back and apologized).

The room smelled dusty. When we used the ac we figured out a lot of the smell was coming from that. The ac also didn't work super well to keep the room cold. The bathtub was a little questionable for cleanliness, the bathroom light wasn't bright so we really couldn't tell how clean it was. The ice bucket for our room had mold growing in the lid.

I came to stay at this hotel to visit some friends from out of town and catch up. While I was there, my car was hit over night in the parking lot by a dumb drunk driver. But thankfully the hotel staff was so helpful.. i was devastated to wake up to the police informing me my car was hit. But the hotel manager was amazing. He reviewed the footage and is going to be providing it to the police to help me with this whole process. The hotel manager was out of town when this all happened, but he made it his priority to contact me right away when he got back in the morning. The breakfast was amazing, my daughter really enjoyed the quality of the breakfast. The older gentleman who works at the front desk was very nice, he saw how upset I was when I found out about my car being hit and he came over to provide comfort and offered me a coffee. I really have an overall good experience and if I come back to Austin, I will certainly be staying here.

I didn't like that my car got hit. But it was not the hotels fault by any means. They did everything possible to help with this whole process.

The accessibility of the room on the first floor. The involvement of staff to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Last day at the hotel noisy children screaming in the hallway awoke us before our planned wake up time. I understand the hotel has no obligation to ensure proper behavior of guests and children and would never hold them responsible for a third party behavior.

I felt so welcomed by the staff when I arrived and was able to visit with them a few times during my stay and I truly enjoyed our conversations. The hotel is very nice and the location is perfect. Breakfast was generous and satisfying and I especially loved the coffee. I stayed for several days and was very much “at home “ which made me comfortable and happy.

For my preference the bed was too firm.

I was glad there is a hotel left that lets guests have family and friends visit and were able to use the pool. We only had a few kids come and see us, but I was very happy they could use the pool!

We opened the bedside table and the bible was stuck to the magazine - everything in the room was sticky. The guest facility binder had been thrown in water, it looked like, and was sticky.

Close to venue we were going too. Amenities worked. Near places to eat. Breakfast included, nothing over the top but plenty to feed the kids and family!

Front desk felt chaotic in the morning. There was a gal there in the morning making comments for guests to hear about the way breakfast was set up and mumbling under her breath other comments about the breakfast station and not knowing where to put items. She then went back behind the desk.

Everything we wanted to do was just short drives from the hotel

Did not realize that there was no elevator but got around that thought maybe there should a sign out front relating that for disabled/special needs folks

The breakfast was not that good, but everything else was nice.

Fix the electrical outlet. I thought it worked when it wasn’t and my phone did not get charged. The least you could do is place a piece of tape across it to flag the outlet is out of order.

The environment was very family friendly, peaceful and safe. I absolutely loved the 24 hour coffee, tea, hot chocolate station. It felt like I was staying at a family home rather than a sterile hotel.

The management took care of a package that I left there and they mailed it my address. It is above and beyond. I am really really grateful. I’d recommend this hotel to anybody and everybody.
