When we first arrived, the whole point of our trip was to relax. We were looking forward to the hot tub. The guy told us the jets did not work. I told him we got this for my hubbys 50th. He goes, "Let me see what I can do for you. He upgraded us to a jetted jacuzzi tub suite at no extra charge. Very nice and wonderful staff. 😊 so appreciative of the upgrade. Also, the breakfast was good too. We ended up having a nice time. It was also nice to we able to walk next door to Los Arcos.

I appreciated the clean rooms and facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get too. Convenient to the greater Rochester, Minnesota and surrounding area. Economical too. I appreciated that it was pet friendly.

Everything was fine during my stay. There is nothing I would suggest to improve. I recommend this chain of hotel and this particular location.

It was a great selection.

It said the pool was heated but it wasn't. and it dint say anything about the hottub wasn't working and down . Or was not told about it .the room the pool room was freezing ,unfortunately it was hard for my son in law to even sit and watch us swim for the short time.we were.in there so he didn't have to freeze watching us and the kids .My little one was clod that didn't in pool long.the older kids got upset they got made they didn't get to swim.long cause it was to cold sit and watch.

motel could use some updates, wiring in room had no USB receptacles. only working ice machine is located on 2nd floor and our room was on 3rd. (would have thought this was a temporary problem except we stayed at this motel a year ago and they had the same "temporary" problem.

Cody (I think is is name) went above the call of duty to make my reservations correct. The hotel did NOT get my upgraded, yet he made it happen. AND they didn't even charge me for the upgrade. Additionally, when the shuttle driver could not come get me right away. Cody sent a cab and offered to pay for the cab. Cody also recommended a great place to eat that I could walk to. He did GREAT! No manager was on site, but he called her for help and she was on stand by to assist. Team work makes the DREAM work.

It was awesome.

The location was good, as we stayed to see Mystery Caves and Whitewater State Park. The breakfast was good and kept freshly supplied. Rooms were clean, and beds comfortable.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance. Also, the lobby computer would not connect to the internet. However, desk staff were helpful in looking up and printing off what I was trying to get information about.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I requested a room close to the exit to make it easier for me to unpack and the staff was great about that. They even picked me up at my exit so I didn't have a long walk to get on the shuttle.

Comfortable set-up, pool was terrifically clean.

1) Housekeeping needs to vaccuum edges of room, hall etc. The crud in the corners everywhere was icky. 2) Pool was damn cold!! Thermostat was set at 66 degrees and no staff could bump it up. There was thick ice on the inside of the pool windows and doors. Only the children wanted to get in.

Breakfast was excellent with choice of waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy as well as cereal. 3 different juices were available as were coffee with several creamers to choose from. Cold milk in the refrigerator and yogurt too.

Everything was great, nothing to dislike.

Great location if you want to be near Rochester but closer to some of the smaller towns south of Rochester. Clean room and a great price compared to some of the hotels more directly in Rochester.
