Friendly staff, quiet and comfortable rooms.

Some dust in the rooms, but not horrible.

The place is great value for money. The staff were nice and the online check-in option is very convenient, you will just take the key on arrival and you are ready to go. The pool was clean and the breakfast was good. The place was quiet and provided complimentary hot drinks all day.

- Although the room was clean, we found some lady bugs, It's not a deal breaker because my kid is a fan of ladybugs and we still left gratuity, but it's not the best indicator. - The options of breakfast are limited and the dining area is small. I still rated it high because I liked all options available and we had a late breakfast so, it wasn't that busy, but others may have issues. - The pool is clean but pretty shallow, they had warning about diving, but unattended kid may not read and jump anyway so, I am just writing this as a warning.

The staff was friendly. The restaurant across the parking lot was great! The hotel breakfast had a nice variety of items to choose from. The sausage was delicious. We enjoyed scrambled eggs, one day and cheese omelettes the next. My husband liked the pancakes and waffles as well. The OJ was delicious. Yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast, muffins… They had a nice variety to choose from. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Convenient, economical, pet friendly and close to my appointment. East to find and close to a good restaurant. I recommend this hotel. Great, friendly staff too. Close to airport for those using the airport.

There was not anything I didn't like. It was close to where I needed to be and it was pet friendly. Friendly staff that were very accommodating and easy to work with. Economical to stay at this location,

What a great stay. Very friendly, helpful staff, stocked complimentary breakfast, they let us stay with our little dog, room and pool were clean and inviting. We felt very welcome here.

TV didn't work but that's about it. Everything else was great.

When we first arrived, the whole point of our trip was to relax. We were looking forward to the hot tub. The guy told us the jets did not work. I told him we got this for my hubbys 50th. He goes, "Let me see what I can do for you. He upgraded us to a jetted jacuzzi tub suite at no extra charge. Very nice and wonderful staff. 😊 so appreciative of the upgrade. Also, the breakfast was good too. We ended up having a nice time. It was also nice to we able to walk next door to Los Arcos.

I think that was the downfall of this stay. The gravy was cold, biscuits were hard. I really missed the waffles, we look forward to those each morning. The pancakes were good but it held everyone up for breakfast.

A hot breakfast would be great.

Loved that it’s out of the way of the city but close enough to get to downtown in about 15 minutes with morning traffic. It was very clean and quiet with all the amenities you could ask for from a hotel. Breakfast was a 10

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Staff personable. Room comfortable. TV and navigation of channels was easy to operate. Great restaurant a few steps outside of the hotel. Los Arcos…..great staff and excellent food and margaritas!!! Shuttle to airport offered at 4:00am for my 5:40am flight!!!

I appreciated the clean rooms and facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get too. Convenient to the greater Rochester, Minnesota and surrounding area. Economical too. I appreciated that it was pet friendly.

Everything was fine during my stay. There is nothing I would suggest to improve. I recommend this chain of hotel and this particular location.
