They had multiple amenities for kids and the breakfast was great. The rooms were very clean and smelled nice.

Chlorine levels were too high. My child broke out with a rash after 4 hours in the water park. The air quality in the water park was not good at all either. I noticed the worst of it when you were in the middle of the park. If you stayed in the outer areas for seating you could breathe and not have it irritated your eyes. I think if they lower the chlorine levels and have better ventilation then it would be more enjoyable to be in there.

Waterpark was nice. Concessions staff in pool area was accommodating. Front desk was nice and listened. Took action when needed (see ☹️). Location was great for our attraction destinations. After asking for things for breakfast, such as refilling, they did.

Life guards were on their phones. Most didn't follow the safety rules. Sour milk for breakfast the first day but was fixed the second day. I wasn't told about the form for housekeeping upon my arrival so had to call the front desk. Housekeeping came right away, were very nice, and gave us extra garbage bags.

Front desk, house keeping, maintenance gentleman , kitchen staff and water park staff were all so friendly, everyone was happy and helpful it made our stay so much more enjoyable! They all made a big impact on our stay Thank you!

my family and I loved the helpful staff, amazing waterpark, great breakfast and the room with the bunk bed was nice for kids and adults to have more privacy was great will definitly go back.

Great value for families! The water park was great. The laser tag was a hit with my son. The room was surprisingly large. The hotel is well-kept and customer service was fantastic! The price is very fair.

No complaints from us.

My granddaughter hit her head on the TV stand in the room with the bunk beds! When we told staff they said ya they were aware of the problem! There was also a nail sticking out of the floor that one of us could have stepped on and got seriously injured!

Friendly staff very clean rooms. The Waterpark was always clean. The staff at the laser tag place was very great. Hot breakfast was really good for a hotel! Like real good!

Ummm... The pancake machine was broken for breakfast :(

I loved the kids area inside the water park and the arcade!

The room was a little out dated and the jets on the hot tub didn't work any of the 3 days we were there, huge bummer.

The breakfast was fair. The bacon was overdone, sausage, bacon, and eggs were cold. The room was comfortable, bed and pillows very comfortable. The room was clean, clean smelling and very quiet.

Clean, well kept rooms. Breakfast was well stocked with no waiting. Communal areas - pool, lasertag, arcade all clean and very comfortable

One of the hot tubs is out of service for maintenance. Kitchen in pool area closed way too early (6:30p?). Not much else... it was a great experience!
