Desk clerk was very helpful and accommodating. Room was very quiet - heard no noise from outside the room either inside the hotel or from outdoors. Having a 2-room suite felt very spacious and comfortable.

I was very upset at the parking fee for a suburban location for parking in an outside lot with no shelter, i.e. a parking ramp or garage. I can understand a charge for parking at a downtown hotel, but this is just a cheesy add-on that an honest hotel would have built into the room cost. What percent of visitors here do not arrive by car? I was also disappointed that there was no hot tub (whirlpool) in the pool area.

When first arriving the person checking us in was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. The check in process was fast and we were Given cards for free drinks for the managers reception that was a very nice surprise! The room was clean and spacious we really liked the room separation from the living room and the two TV's that was very nice to have. The coffee maker with the coffee and tea selection was awesome. The breakfast was incredible and very well stocked. The omelet bar was amazing.

Can't think of anything except maybe our room didn't have a bathtub but I didn't specifically request one so I can't complain about that. We were hoping there would be a hot tub

The check in staff were super helpful and really nice. Even though we had a room book with booking for some reason our reservation wasn’t in there system they were able to get us a room but unfortunately they were not unable to match the booking price. We really liked that the living room area was separate from the bedroom and was really comfortable plus the bed was beyond comfortable best night sleep in a long time and lastly the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and a huge variety!!

The bar tender at the main bar was super rude when he noticed our drink vouchers even though we explained to him that we knew and we wanted to buy a drink from him and we sat down at the bar and he didn’t even ask us what we wanted and then we went to a table wanting to get something to eat and no one helped us. so we went to our room and had to order pizza from Pizza Hut.

Nice, reasonably priced suites with friendly staff. We enjoyed the pool in the evening and omelettes in the morning. Location is not far from the airport, and convenient to get to other areas of town quickly.

Blankets were thin. By the time we realized we needed more, we were in jammies and didn't want to go down to the desk. Would have been nice to have additional in the closet.

The breakfast was great. We had made to order omelets and they were delicious. The juice was very weak but glad you also provided soda.

We left a pair of shoes in our room by accident. I called the same day we checked out. I was told housekeeping had already left but they would call back the next day. I did not receive a call so I called back. They said they still had my note. No one has called me since and it’s been several days. I suggest you check with your housekeeping supervisor. The help obviously took our shoes!

The location was great staff was friendly. We liked the set up of the room. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The complimentary drink was good. The breakfast was okay. I’m thinking because they were short handed they ran out of food before 9:30.

Paying an additional fee for parking was a dislike. If your a guest it should be free. The bar snack should be more variety. It was a bowl of chips one night and the next pretzels for an Embassy Suite I expected a bit of an effort. The hot tub wasn’t working either. I would love to see coffee and water available all day too.

Very nice hotel with signs of deferred maintenance, like patches on the walls, discolored grout, knicks on wood furnishings, towels with holes in them in the pool area, and sometimes running out of supplies and food. In general, very nice stay and place, just not keeping on top everything 100,%. Would still go back though.

Rather short staff, cleaning only every 5th day, running short on food and towels.

Able to accommodate larger families, free parking Evening get together with snacks and drinks, breakfast was very good on the weekend. Good location

Breakfast was a little hectic on the weekday with long line ups. Ice machine ran out of ice. The evening snack selection was better in the weekends. No extra linen/pillow available for the sofa bed.

Breakfast and happy hour are great perks of Embassy Suites. We ordered some appetizers from the bar and they were excellent!

We stayed for three nights and while I understand that they no longer clean each day it would’ve been nice to have our trash picked up and not have to go ask for more toilet paper. We also listed that we had 6 guests and they only stocked our room with 2 towels. Could they find a way to get people what they need without a full cleaning? Maybe a door hanger with essentials?

The rooms are a good size. We were there for 5 nights and never felt cramped.

The TV in the living area did not work, maintenance tried fixing it and was unable. We were told someone would follow up with us but no one did even after I made 3 phone calls.
