Absolutely everything was spectacular! The best hotel we’ve ever stayed in as a family of 6. The rooms are so inviting and cozy, they make you feel right at home. The decor is outstanding! Very comfortable beds and a bathroom with a tiled walk in shower, superb! We had a king suite with a connecting two queen beds room for our 4 kids, very spacious and convenient. We very much enjoyed the gym, very big pool and hot tub in the evening to relax. Breakfast was AMAZING including the service! Looking forward to staying here again.

Loved this hotel. They met all of my request. I had two rooms and requested to have them close together and they had us right across from each other. I also requested early check in and that was no problem. Pool was big, the kids loved it. Workout room was very nice, clean and all the machines were pretty much new. I love that they have different hang out areas around the hotel also. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone, especially families.

Wish the bathroom was a little bigger.

All of the staff are kind, friendly, helpful, and just really wonderful.

I didn't like the shower. The door opening was at the opposite end from the shower head, which does seem to make sense. BUT, I got sprayed on the head and face with cold water when I turned it on, AND the shower head was left angled toward the door, so it spayed the cold water out of the shower and onto my body. I, also, thought it was a little weird that there was a pen placed in the bathroom sink.

The room was great, clean, and somewhat unique. Bed/furnishings were comfortable. Breakfast was great. It is not free, but quality! They even had my favorite, Steel Cut Oatmeal! I will definitely stay there again if in the area.

One MINOR thing...I wish there was more room for parking vehicles. We shared a parking lot with the hotel next door. So finding a space was challenging at times.

This place is perfect. The hotel, the staff, the bar and restaurant - everything. The specialty cocktails were wonderful and unique. The room was beautiful, roomy, and very comfortable. How they get the R embossed on the TP is a mystery. Highly recommend!!

There is a grass type plant out by the smoking section that really stinks.

I loved the "up north Minnesota" design of the whole hotel. Some design elements really made me chuckle! Clean and homey. The room is exactly like what is in the pictures.

Can't say I disliked anything! Maybe the excellent view of a brick wall but where the hotel is situated you can really "look" around that! :)

Everything. I'm in a wheelchair and I'm not the type of guy to be a man without a fear of challenges. The bathroom was beautiful but was a bit hectic if I really had an "emergency" n needed to get on the toilet. Other than that debatable demerit, this Hotel is nothing short of exceptional! Period. Moment of silence. Soak it in. Exceptional.

The pool was VERY cold, and I heard from other guests that it was the "warmest" it had ever been! I think guests would be a lot happier if the pool was kept at a higher temperature. It's nice to have a hot tub, but with as many children as there were this holiday weekend there to use the pool, it would have been nice for everyone to have a warmer pool.

Nice hotel, nothing too fancy but very comfortable. The room was super spacious and a very comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and accommodative. It went great for our purpose of a business trip.

Nothing negative in particular. Perhaps the location is not great, we had to Uber everywhere, but the weather did not permit anything else to be fair. WiFi could be better, I used the package that is included with the room, they do offer better speed with an additional fee (10$/day if I recall correctly).

Disliked the toilets did not have good working flushing toilets. Need updated toilets that have good pressure when it flushes. Blankets were not very cozy. Also when I walked in the room the vent cover where the heat comes out seemed to look loose. Very tacky looking.
