It was very well located near the airport, it was reasonably priced, the room was larger and better appointed than I expected, parking was available – donut free. A great facility, bargain, location.

I arrived quite late and asked for some recommendations from the staff about where to go get a beer didn’t seem very well informed. They eventually sent me someplace about 5 miles away though as I was driving back, I realize that there was an outback steakhouse right next to where I could’ve gotten a beer. Can’t be perfect.

The bed was perfect, pillows were amazing, room was cleaned every day and the front desk staff was phenomenal. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area but my expectations were pretty average as I just wanted a place to rest and sleep but this hotel exceeded my expectations. Will definitely return the next time I go back to Bloomington.

The facility and rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. The available shuttle was an added benefit for getting to Mall

There were no drinking glasses in a few of the rooms we stayed in so we had to get some paper ones from cleaning staff. Also the light around the mirror was not functioning in room 310

The cleanliness and overall appearance of the property! Staff was exceptionally friendly and someone was always working or cleaning. The beds were very comfortable, slept great! The proximity to airport was perfect. The shuttle to and from airport or Mall of America was really convenient. All in all my number one is how clean it was. Thank you to the staff and management!!!

Wish there were more food choices in the immediate area, but this is not the fault of the hotel.

It was fine. Unfortunately at check-in the reception told us breakfast was available until 10am, so since we arriived at 2am, we set our alarms to 930am to get some sleep. We went down to find breakfast closed at 930 that day :-( Sad family. but Jeffrey at reception helped us access some food at the tail-end of breakfast.

Typical holiday inn breakfast friendly staff it's my second time staying here and I will have no problem staying here in the future

Didn't have a hot tub and I had to get another room when I check in my first room was broken stuff in the room .

Had a very comfortable time. The shuttle driver was very kind unfortunately I only had a dollar to tip. I wish I had more. The guys at the desk were very polite they offered freshly baked cookies was a very nice experience

If I had to nitpick the coffe creamers I’m the room we’re not enough. I wish there were more of them.

Breakfast was yummy. Staff were nice. The hotel was very busy but it was ok. Wish there was a spa/hot tub. Fitness room was great.

Beautiful property! Room was modern, clean & very comfortable. My late mother was an assistant executive housekeeper with Holiday Inn & I’m certain she would have been very impressed.
