The shuttle to the hotel from the airport was a big plus. The driver arrived promptly and took us right to the hotel. The room was comfortable but the bed was a little hard. The front desk staff was very helpful.

The hotel was not close to any restaurants so when we arrived at 10:30pm, there was no place to eat. The front desk recommended a delivery pizza place so we ordered from them. We didn't care for their food but that's not the hotel's fault. The parking lot seemed to be owned by another company other than Hilton. There was a separate fee to use the lot. Thankfully the hotel staff took care of that for us so we didn't have to shell out any extra money.

Clean modern room with keurig coffee maker. Good location. Quiet - didn't hear a single airplane or any road traffic for that matter during my stay. Was able to check in extra early as a room was available.

Waited over half an hour for shuttle to pick up from airport on arrival. On departure, told to be ready and waiting for the shuttle 10 minutes before departure for the airport because it would leave promptly. Ended up waiting 10 minutes after scheduled departure. Fortunately, there was no traffic and it only took 8 minutes to get tot eh airport.

Parking good access near front aven on a cold day. Pool and Exercise room well stocked and clean. Pool is nise for lap swim Room was up-to-date and in good condition.

The room was hard to get up to temp being an upper floor corner room and a cold windy night in January. The bargon rate from a Booking site, said the breakfest was an optional $8 ish. The lobby staff had no record of this but was willing to give a generous discount to help make my day a nice start.

Staff and cleanliness

There was no information regarding what tv channels were available. There was no information about restaurants, local things to do, etc. There was not any information about the restaurant in the hotel and their menu. These little additions would have made our stay a little more comfortable.

The staff went above and beyond to help ensure a comfortable and easy stay. Everyone was helpful and very willing to accommodate special requests.

There was not free parking. The hotel was clear about this but it is improperly listed on Booking.com. I was very upset to get there only to have to pay $10 extra per night for parking. That is booking's fault.

great location; very nice well maintained property

In the previous 120 days prior to my stay at this property I spent 90 days in various hotels in various locations and this is the only one, outside of a downtown location, that had a parking fee. Not only is this the only time it happened in the last 20 days, but I believe it's the only time it has happened in my 70 plus years.

Everything about this hotel was excellent, the rooms were clean, the beds were amazingly comfortable, the breakfast was great, we even ate dinner there one evening and it was great too. The entire staff were friendly and super helpful. They had an airport shuttle and Mall of America shuttle so we didn't have to use Uber or Lyft even one time. Location is great, we even walked from the mall back to the hotel one time without issue. Would stay here again and would highly recommend!

The front desk staff and the AM shuttle bus driver were all amazing, helpful and kind. The room was impeccably clean.

The PM shuttle driver, Earle, was a real character. He was feisty and argued with front desk staff in front of hotel guests. He also never showed up for the 6 o’clock mall pick up. My toddler and I were out at the shuttle pickup area at 5:50 to ensure not missing it. I called the hotel front desk three times asking where he was and they told me he’d be on his way soon. My daughter and I sat there until 6:45, so I just ended up calling a Lyft. $12 for a 3 minute ride, when I booked this specific hotel because it includes shuttle service. When I got back to the hotel after taking the Lyft, the shuttle was parked out front, so he literally just didn’t come. The front desk staff was very apologetic and ensured that I was picked up for my other trips to the mall.

The room and bathroom were both very clean, and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable after a flight. The hotel is also super close to the Mall of America, which we wanted to check out. I like that there was an actual thermostat system in the room, not just a unit below the window. There were lots of people staying here but it was very quiet.

The little coffee maker in our room didn't work. We like to have a hearty breakfast, but didn't pay for the one at the hotel. We went to Taste of Scandinavia nearby instead and it was delicious.

Location was convenient for airport. Grille restaurant has a varied menu and food was good. Our server was running the place single handedly, waiting and bussing tables as well as bartending and he did an amazing job and with a great attitude
