Well location was exactly where I wanted it. Next to River Hills Mall. and spent too much and Barnes & Noble cause Mankato's one is king. Got alot of books back in the day. Just your typical Inn.

Well I had two requests. Apparently free parking is well everywhere and second I wanted to face Madison. Instead it faced the Marriott. :( I also thought the railings were very unsafe. They need to be attached to the floor better. Not good for kids..

Love the breakfast. Never used a waffle iron before.

The binder in my room about my stay suggested if forgot to pack something, to call the front desk and they might have it. I forgot to pack a comb, sadly, they did not have a spare.

we were there for hockey games and our first game was done before I thought it would be they were more then willing to allow us an early check in

Location is awesome, in the middle of businesses, we walked across the parking lot to Red Lobster and drove across the boulevard to Walmart. Also, we enjoyed the hot tub after a grey cold day. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

Breakfast was ok, no fresh fruits and muffins were dry but good variety. The smell in the hallway and in the room was overpowering and we had to open windows to air it out.

This was the cleanest quality inn I've stayed at. I could see some nice upgrades they did in the room. I was surprised. Continue the upkeep and it will remain nice.

From check in till the time we left all was GOOD. Pool was clean, good temp. and well taken care of. Room was comfy and clean. The best part was breakfast. A regular fare was offered. The biscuits and gravy where great. Loved having things back to normal here!!!!

No elevator, but only 1 floor so not to bad!!!

Everything right down to the breakfast. Hot Waffles and Biscuits and Gravy. Cold and Hot Cereal and Toast and English Muffins. Yogurt plus Juice and Coffee. Staff very friendly, and Comfortable too.

Couldn't tell you nothing bad about the hotel. Would recommend hotel to others.

I was Bey impressed with the facility! It was very quiet- even though it was in a busy shopping area and close to the highway. It was well appointed and clean! The staff were courteous and respectful! The bed was very comfortable! Great value!

The kids enjoyed the pool. A little on the chilly side but it was almost 100 degrees outside so it felt kind of nice. The staff was friendly and very helpful when our TV didn't work.

The breakfast was minimal. Not a lot of options but still okay for what we paid for.
