Well location was exactly where I wanted it. Next to River Hills Mall. and spent too much and Barnes & Noble cause Mankato's one is king. Got alot of books back in the day. Just your typical Inn.
Well I had two requests. Apparently free parking is well everywhere and second I wanted to face Madison. Instead it faced the Marriott. :( I also thought the railings were very unsafe. They need to be attached to the floor better. Not good for kids..

Well, there was not a lot for the breakfast, but was adequate for us. Nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room, everything was very clean as well. Value for the money too.
More lighting perhaps.

Love the breakfast. Never used a waffle iron before.
The binder in my room about my stay suggested if forgot to pack something, to call the front desk and they might have it. I forgot to pack a comb, sadly, they did not have a spare.

we were there for hockey games and our first game was done before I thought it would be they were more then willing to allow us an early check in

This was the cleanest quality inn I've stayed at. I could see some nice upgrades they did in the room. I was surprised. Continue the upkeep and it will remain nice.

Location is awesome, in the middle of businesses, we walked across the parking lot to Red Lobster and drove across the boulevard to Walmart. Also, we enjoyed the hot tub after a grey cold day. Room was clean and had everything we needed.
Breakfast was ok, no fresh fruits and muffins were dry but good variety. The smell in the hallway and in the room was overpowering and we had to open windows to air it out.

From check in till the time we left all was GOOD. Pool was clean, good temp. and well taken care of. Room was comfy and clean. The best part was breakfast. A regular fare was offered. The biscuits and gravy where great. Loved having things back to normal here!!!!
No elevator, but only 1 floor so not to bad!!!
