Beds and pillows were really comfortable! Bathroom was sparkly bright! Nice breakfast room and eating area.

Not sure our a/c was working properly. We were comfortable enough but it didn't seem to work as we thought it should. The breakfast eggs were OVERLY salty! Apparently that is a problem with the supplier of these pre-made eggs. We had the same problem with the eggs being TOO salty, at a Choice hotel brand that we stayed at the night before.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating

The pool was too small for the size of the hotel and being so close to a complex that holds sporting events. With multiple teams staying in the same hotel there was no where near the room in the pool.

The place is brand new and very nice looking. Our room was very spacious with extra living space with a couch etc which I was not expecting. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Nice big shower with glass sliding door. Staff generously gave us a 1pm late checkout. The price was good for the big comfy room we got.

There were just some inconveniences. I called the morning of our stay to find our how late the jacuzzi was open and was told 11pm, when we arrived we were told it's been broken for 2 days. The ice machine on our floor was also broken. There were no cups in our room, for coffee, in the bathroom, etc. The bathroom door was slightly too big for its frame and had to be slammed to shut and open. I don't know whether to attribute this to them being brand new and still working out kinks or what?

It was located close to where we needed to be and the facilities were wonderful. Didn’t have breakfast nor use the pool but our room was very nice.

Signage is pretty much non existent, we drove by it a couple of times, but that’s my only complaint.

Staff was exceptionally friendly. We were greeted energetically by housekeeping, maintenance, receptionists, alike. Often a hotel crew will come across with such exhaustion that we feel guilty for enjoying the time off that we've worked for. That was not the case on this trip, and we greatly appreciated that.

There was a glitch in our billing, which invokes a panicky moment when you get home and see that on your credit card, but the manager took care of it as soon as she could. It appears to be correct now.

Nice place to stay. Spacious suite with comfortable bed and furniture. Nice large TV. Close to the highway (MN 14).

It would be nice to have some towel hooks in the room.

no towel racks & only one hook in the bathroom, but the shelves accommodated my needs

The room was very large, bed exceptionally comfortable.Very friendly front desk and the breakfast lady was awesome! Breakfast was standard hot breakfast fare, but set in a very nice large room. The lobby was very large and spic and span. Nice to have some adult beverages available on premises.

Showers in both rooms rented were not very well cleaned. Would like USB ports on night stand lamps.

it was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The property was not an issue. We did stay for 2 nights and never had large towels for showering. We did request some and only got more hand towels.

Breakfast was tasty, although some things were missing since our first stay here, but, the lady working the breakfast area was nice & she was putting out extra treats such as candy & granola bars to make up for it.

Suggest keeping tabs on the garbage cans during breakfast so they don't overflow.
