Perfect location for pride and US Bank Stadium. The staff were very friendly. The view of our suite was essentially the wall of an outer building, which is a bit bizarre but we kind of liked it as it kept the sunlight out. This is not a place to stay for beautiful views of Minneapolis (or, any views whatsoever, but I preferred the ability to sleep in.

No room service in early afternoon. Most hotels I've been to will check back for late sleepers, but this one did not. I usually wouldn't be bothered by this as much but we booked the suite and spent a bit more for this stay and expected a bit higher of a bar.

Restaurant was a big improvement over the one in the Radisson. I had a pheasant pappardelle that was fabulous. Also like the fact that dogs are still welcome at this hotel.

There is no where for my dog to do her duty in downtown Minneapolis. The Peabody in Memphis has an extremely small dog area but it does the trick for my dog. I'm not asking for a full blown dog park but just a few square feet of grass would be greatly appreciated by me and my dog. As well, downtown Minneapolis is looking increasingly shabby. Wake up and re-vitalize it before it is too late.

Location was nice- close to downtown nightlife and restaurants . Hotel restaurant was pleasant. Clean and comfortable room.

The check in process was not friendly nor was it helpful. My room wasn't ready, and it was an hour after check in time. I was asked to wait. I had just driven 6 hours prior and was extremely tired, wanted to rest before my scheduled evening plans. I had to figure out parking myself, and being unfamiliar with the area, this was frustrating.

Very clean hotel, good room and excellent beds. The restaurant was very good both dinner and breakfast.

The downtown in Minneapolis on a friday is a ghost town. Few people on the streets, little to do and many restaurants closed. Its a business area, not for tourists.

Everything was very aesthetically pleasing. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious.

The tv was too far from the bed. There weren't firm pillows and one of the lamps died. The chairs and the carpet did not seem or feel very clean so we avoided sitting on the chairs. I wished there were microwaves in the rooms but the weren't unacessible. The pris outweigh the cons and I'd definitely book here again.

The location was fantastic. The bar was super cool. Friendly staff. Funky decor.

The carpet in our room was really dirty and smelled musty. The hallway carpet in front of every door looked filthy. They need to do a full carpet clean or replacement on rooms that have stains. The bathroom vanity had impossible lights. There was no way you could put makeup on your face using the bathroom mirrors.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean. Nice showers. Very accommodating staff.

Not a great view, was looking at the lobby…? Would have liked to have the bar open in the afternoon for lounging purposes even if restaurant wasn’t open for dining.

Front of the house Great. Your Night Security guy on Point. Easter Front of House, Very Helpful. Wife injured her leg day prior to our arrival. Easter got us a wheelchair, Helped transport our luggage.

For some reason a problem with the Restaurant keeping up with the Reservation service.

The staff was smiling and very helpful. We brought our service dog, and they were very accommodating. The restaurant attached to The Royal Sonesta was delicious, and the staff there was amazing as well!

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The menu at the restaurant had great happy hour snacks and drinks.
