I have never wrote a review but I have to for this hotel. Let me start off with saying the staff for this hotel are absolutely amazing and so welcoming. I first started off speaking with Cam from desk which his customer services were superb! I called to explain a flight issues and I needed to add my boyfriend to the reservation so he’s able to check in for me due to him arriving to Minnesota first. Cam made sure to add details note into the system tor me regarding my situation and also passed me along to his manager Rolando which they both went above and beyond. Rolando ensured both of us that he will take care of this and make sure my boyfriend would be able to check in. When my boyfriend arrived he stated that he met with Rolando at the front desk and never felt been greeted the way Rolando greeted him before, he immediately checked him in and he actually had a conversation with him for a few minutes ( which it’s big for him) because he’s not the talkative type of person lol. He made sure to tell me that every time we come to Minnesota he does not want to stay no where else but at this hotel. The overall experience was wonderful everyone else including the bartender, housekeepers were amazing. I will make sure to always recommend this hotel and the staff there to my family and friends.

I cannot say enough great things about the Cambria! After a horrendous experience at a different hotel, I called to see about early check in, as we were moving hotels early in the am on Father’s Day. The front desk allowed us to come straight over so that we wouldn’t be stranded for the whole day. Every staff member that we came in contact with was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was delicious and filling and well worth the $. This will be our new home base when we come to Minneapolis!

Wish it had a pool

My daughter, her best friend and I were in town for 3 days/2 nights while attending the women's Big 10 basketball tournament. The hotel was in an exception location for a quick walk to the Target Center. Upon arrival the staff were great, friendly and very accomodating and helpful in answering all my questions. The hotel was very clean, had a great bar, a great breakfast, and great workout room that I used one morning. The room itself was exceptional. We were given a corner room with a great view. The room was very clean, very comfortable, had a wonderful sized shower and and added bonus of having a bluetooth mirror that my daughter could play her music through while showering. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs to stay in downtown Minneapolis to stay at the Cambria hotel!

The hotel is beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well and I especially love that they had designated make up face class. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and answer questions promptly. there was convenient parking right behind the hotel at a reasonable price.

I didn’t like that the lobby bathroom doors require a pass key so I had to go to the front desk to use the restroom before I could check in.

The Hotel had only been open 7 months when we visited in August. Everything looked sparkling and new. The room was big enough but not what I would call spacious. The bathroom was great, large counter & very nice, roomy shower. From this location, most restaurants & activities were within 2 miles, so we could walk to many of them. Alex, at the front desk was a delight.

You have to request that the room be cleaned during your stay. We ended up emptying our own trash & washing our drinking glasses each day. The also did not put enough coffee in the room for the length of the stay, meaning we had to go to the front desk & ask for replenishments. Not a big deal but I think a missed opportunity to provide better service. Also, the plus, plus on the bill was a surprise, our $134 per night turned into $180.

I really like how close the hotel is to the Target Center. I booked this stay because I was in the city for the Sabrina Carpenter concert. It’s also just central to everything you could possibly think of. Additionally, I appreciated that it was very clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The only thing I can complain about is our neighbors. They were quite loud, but I understand sometimes that can’t be helped.

Great location and very clean. The beds were super comfortable and the room spacious. I really liked the daybed/sofa by the window as well along with the in room coffee machine.

Could have included more coffee pods in the room and info on parking before arrival. Otherwise all was great.

Very clean and smelled wonderful when you entered. The location was centrally located which made getting around on foot nice.

I didn’t like all the broken glass in the parking lot, tires lost air on the ride home and needed refilling. And on our side of the building the constant music playing from the travel building from 7 until like 11 was quite annoying.

The bartender that was working was fantastic, super friendly and helpful. The cook was friendly as well and not picky about when we came down to eat meals. I thought I saw a pool advertised but there isn't one at the moment, which that part kind of sucked but how great the rest of it was easily made it still worth the money.

Probably the parking situation, kind of inconvenient to drop off bags and park the car. Its a wide open paid parking lot behind the hotel which isn't bad but I also can see why it is this way with the location being downtown right next to the giant Jefferson Lines Station and parking ramp

Good place you pay $18 a day for parking though. They should tell you that when booking. It was clean and location was okay. I was there on business and a Twins game. You can walk to Target Field

Lots of homeless and shady people in the area. Walking around at night made you feel unsafe. I was asked for money a few times when trying to find a place to eat, So be careful as there are not a lot of people around and you will be one on one with the street hustlers.
