Breakfast was wonderful, the courtyard was cozy yet spacious, the staff was nice and helpful and friendly.

We didn't get rooms next to each other. Plus we were put in pet-friendly rooms, and one of our members has severe life-threatening allergies. So they had to purchase a third room. And only one was available, but it didn't have two beds. So we ended up spending $460 more!! The rooms should default to NON Pet rooms unless you specifically ask for a pet room. :( So this meant that not only were the two rooms on the pet side of the building not adjacent to each other, the third room was on the other side of the building. :(

Everything was wonderful! Steve at the front desk was awesome! I told him that every hotel and motel should use C'mon Inn as an example of how to run a hotel. All of the guests seem to have enjoyed their stay. I wish there were more locations in Minnesota. Absolutely loved our stay and the breakfast had a nice variety including eggs, meats, pancakes, potatoes, muffins, bagels, cereals, etc. Brought my 84 year old mother for the weekend and we both loved it! Very clean and well kept. Oh and the beds are super comfy with an assortment of pillows from soft to firm. The courtyard is so spacious and comfortable.

Zero complaints from me.

-The staff was extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. Upon check in she asked if we’d like to move to a ground floor room at have better access to the pool and ease to breakfast in the morning. -The beds were very soft and comfortable. They had a down mattress topper as well that felt wonderful after a long day of travel. No back pain the following morning at all! -Even though it was a Tuesday morning, the continental breakfast was quite impressive: pancakes, French toast, eggs, sausage, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, breakfast sandwiches, various breads and pastries, hot and cold cereal, fruit and yogurt, coffee, tea and hot cocoa. It was delicious! -The pool and hot tub were clean and kid friendly. They even had a variety of towel sizes in the pool so you weren’t just stick with the blue strip postage stamp that is usually your only option at a hotel pool.

We arrived at 8:30 pm and I had a hard time finding food to be delivered. Even the pizza place down the road we closing at 9, so plan ahead for dinner choices in the area.

Gorgeous and super clean facility. Room was roomy and lovely. Comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub were great. Location is very convenient to shopping and activities. Great variety of breakfast items and they were all fresh and delicious.

Walls are very thin and could hear the people in the rooms next to us easily. Very loud people in the courtyard made it very difficult to sleep even though signs were posted for quiet time after 11 pm.

The decor was very welcoming, the cookies and iced water with sliced lemons in the entry was a nice touch, the honey for tea-much appreciated, the coffee was so good-took that to go to the conference vs stopping at a coffee shop, and breakfast was so good- I ate there instead of at the conference! It was quiet, slept well, parking lot was well lit. The gathering areas were so nice with comfortable couches and chairs-I wish I had a group with me! I will stay here every time!

No elevator and I packed a heavy bag.

We lived many years on Big Sand and I worked in Park Rapids-I have never in my life seen a city that has changed its downtown so much for the better. Please tell the chamber of commerce congratulations. Also congratulations on all that has been done with the hospital.

The center courtyard a was a delightful bonus! It was nicely decorated and had plenty of comfortable seating for reading, eating or visiting. The bed was very comfortable!! I experienced great sleep. Overall, we were delighted with our stay and will be back!

Just a very comfortable environment, near everything you can want in Park Rapids, MN, the staff very helpful if needed, breakfast is great, the room was comfortable, internet was perfect. Loved our stay.

Beautiful facility, helpful staff.

Breakfast did not seem commensurate with property — e.g. no fresh fruit at least one day. Seemed understaffed. With no elevator, assistance with luggage would be appreciated.

Carly at front desk was amazing and fixed Bookings mess up on room . Her attitude and willingness to help was amazing. Clean room, no smells, worked great for us. Beads are very comfortable!
