Appreciated having breakfast available. Hope a full menu can be provided soon. Fruit and eggs would have been excellent. Live the waffle maker, because they didn't stick. The staff were all friendly! Unlimited coffee/tea is the best! Clean place! No riff-raff customers. Quiet place to relax. Thank you!!!

The tub has rust under faucet, rust comes out of pipe initially, and the tub is shallow. Needed a soak after a swim meet. Chair and carpet stains. These are permanent stains that didn't affect how cleanly the place was. Carpet appeared to have burn (from hot pan or something). Chair needed a upholstery clean?

The variety for breakfast is always great and delicious! 😋The beds are perfect,no aches or pains when waking up and the pillows are amazing..No need to bring my own from home,that is a huge A+! ❤️❤️ Overall cleanliness is Excellent!! From entering the lobby,hallways,to your room and dining area. The motel is in a perfect location,close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants to choose from 👍❤️. The shuttle for the Mayo hospital is a huge benefit as it definitely takes some of the stress away when staying for appointments ❤️ Friendly staff from the point of making reservations through the time you check out. I recommend anyone needing to stay in Rochester for appointments,for work or just because..it may not have a pool but,if you want a relaxing stay where you will be able to actually get the rest you need..then this is the motel for you!

Breakfast was alright. Everything appeared to be clean except for the turntable in microwave. We were fairly early to eat breakfast and the turntable in the microwave was filthy with sticky food.

corners and edges of the carpet areas need to be vacuumed. Otherwise the room was pretty clean.

Stayed here before and after open heart surgery - they have a Lazy-Boy Chair in most rooms - great to sleep in while recuperating...thank you!! Erin and Dan a very friendly desk clerks and the breakfast lady is also (don't know her name). Rest of the staff are rather grumpy.

This hotel was renovated about 4-5 years ago -- already showing signs of poor maintenance inside and out. My white socks were filthy after walking on their carpet. OK breakfast, but no protien. Price has been going up over the past 3 years with no more improvements :(

Lucy, at the front desk, was exceptional!! Our trip was very stressful but her upbeat personality and helpfulness was an added bonus for us!! It is obvious that not only does she do a good job but it also shows that she loves what she does. She represents Super 8 and we will be back! Thank you Lucy!

The recliner in our room was very worn and should be replaced.

The rooms were very clean, and The beds were comfortable. The morning staff was very helpful and friendly! It’s also close to mayo, and you offer a shuffle which was great!

The pillows were a tad uncomfortable. The breakfast was not what I expected. My biggest problem was with the afternoon check in staff, they need some improvement on hospitality.

It was a nice place but I found a pair of dirty underwear Behind the desk. The place was spotless other then that. Not much room and could not play cards or games because there was no place for 2 people to set. Everyone was very nice. They were able to get use a room for a extra night and we did not need to move rooms.

The door to the handicapped room is hard to navigate because the entry is only walker/wheelchair width. The hand held shower nozzle holder is not at wheelchair height.

The breakfast was exceptional, the staff were very very helpful....it was amazing to have the choice of shuttle service or drive yourself

That there were not enuf housekeeping employees, had to get my own towels and empty my own trash in the room,

The location was absolutely perfect. The amenities were good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I couldn't get the unit to heat cuz the night was cool so I went out and bought a space heater. When I first walked in the room it looked like the carpet hadn't been vacuumed for quite a long time.
