I appreciated the cleanliness, location, ease of parking, and amenities including the pool/whirlpool, a.m. coffee in the lobby, in-room microwave/fridge, and on-site Green Mill restaurant.

The shampoo/conditioner bottles were almost impossible to dispense from. I asked for a wake-up call but it didn't happen. I didn't realize I could get a grab-n-go breakfast, and wish its availability would have been made clearer.

The staff was very friendly during check in but not anything out of the usual for a decent custom service..

When I checked in they asked if I had a car, which a did, and they then told me there have been tons of thefts and to lock out cars.. they have a designated hotel parking area so I find it a disservice that they know they have a theft problem and rather than hiring security they just tell everyone as they check in so they are no longer responsible should it occur on their property. We spoke to others at the bar and they said they were told the same thing and find it very sketchy.. while checking out we over heard that someone’s car was instead broken into and she has secured her car.

The room was beautiful. The shower was absolutely awesome. Staff was very friendly. Wait staff was exceptional

We didn't arrive until nearly 5pm and our room was not ready. We waited at the bar for over an hour waiting for a call letting us know that it was ready before we finally went back to the front desk to ask. If the bar tender handset hadn't been so friendly, cute and accommodating. We would have been seriously disappointed

I loved the pool and hot tub! it had some vending machines near it! We were able to dry our clothes with the dryer that was located near the pool. I can’t remember the name of the guy who checked us in but he was WONDERFUL! I mentioned we were driving from Washington to Virginia and he let us park in the front of the hotel since we have all of our belongings with us. We checked out the restaurant and bar attached, we got the boneless chipotle BBQ wings and they were REALLY GOOD!! Lastly the hotel was in a convenient spot to check out little shops and other restaurants.

Location is great, walkable to many restaurants and bars. Room was very clean. Bar & grill attached to hotel, very convenient. Many amenities, business center, fitness room, pool, laundry.

I asked for a quiet spot, and was put next to the elevator....lol. Stayed for multiple days, would have been great to have that river view, even in winter.

No continental breakfast was unfortunate, yes you could eat at the green mill but the service for supper was poor, the waitress spilled my husbands beer and walked away, we were not returning for breakfast!

More coffee pods in room two regular two decaf, more regular would have been nice

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable

Would be nice to have a breakfast available. Seems like all hotels are moving away from a continental choice to offering nothing with increasing prices

Discounted breakfast in the adjoining Green Mill restaurant was excellent. Nice, too, to have that quality restaurant located within the restaurant.

Probably unavoidable, but it was plenty noisy next to my room on the ground floor and close to an exit door.

It was nice but the advertisement of breakfast was a joke. We received a paper bag with a fruit cup and spoon, a cookie and a bottle of water.

There was some kind of party the night we checked in and the next morning the lobby and. Carpets were a mess. Could have used a good vacuum.
