comfortable beds, clean bathrooms…storm came through day of arrival and area was without power for several hours..staff manager very calm helpful…

a lot of construction workers stay here and the carpeting could use a good cleaning but I do appreciate how difficult it might be to maintain due to construction worker dirty boots etc..not terrible as I do appreciate the work they do.

It was wonderful having a decent breakfast so handy. We had 2 kids under 6 with us. Could start our day out perfectly. Breakfast room was a little busy on Saturday AM but the lady taking care of it, handled it well and was friendly. We came to this location mainly because of the slide on the swimming pool. Our children really enjoy spending time in the pool. Choice Hotels have been my go-to hotels for 10+ years now.

Had a little trouble with our keycards but that was handled promptly. Not even a complaint. Sometimes that just happens.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location which was close to the facility where I was working at.

I made reservations through Booking.com for 4 nights at $397, when I arrived I was told there would be an additional $100 damage deposit required, I paid the additional deposit, then a day or so later the hotel’s computer system charged me an additional $100 as a damage deposit. So it was kind of inconvenient to be double charged for the damage deposit, as I was traveling for work and really didn’t have a great deal of surplus funds. The manager assured it would be returned to my card upon checkout, but I assume it will take the usual 5 to 10 days for the system to process the transaction and get the double charged deposit back in my account. This has left me in somewhat of a bind, as I didn’t plan to pay the additional deposit and needed the funds for gas and traveling expenses.

Room was adequate for our needs. We were able to visit as a group in the breakfast area and lobby.

In room information did not match breakfast hours on Friday. Breakfast items refilled late and sparingly leaving guests with little to no food. Adult pool hours not enforced, turning off the slide is not enough to remove children. Adults may have wanted to use the slide without children present.

loved the pool/waterslide breakfast could use some work - but not terrible new staff, front desk guy didn't know what was for breakfast when a different customer asked (I found it amusing knowing this is a big deal to folks) I asked for bottled water, was told it was in the office which was locked, later I saw there was infused water I could have taken. minor things..

The pool with waterslide was great, the hotel was clean and quiet, and the breakfast options were good.

The room was smaller than expected for the price. The fridge was placed in an odd spot inside a large cabinet, too close to the foot of the bed. The door to the cabinet and the door to the fridge open opposite ways, which was awkward and no one can walk past the bed if either door is open.

Amazing continental breakfast, the staff was great at keeping food stocked and hot. The room was clean and comfortable. Even though the hotel was booked to capacity, there was no noise disturbances, wonderfully quiet! They were so accommodating when we needed to check in just before midnight after a late competition.

The breakfast was always well stocked with options and the lady who worked the breakfast every morning seemed to really enjoy her job.

No room service the 3 nights we stayed so we constantly had to ask for bath towels, blankets, pool towels and the trash never got taken out the entire stay.

I enjoy the suites especially traveling with a teen and access to coffee all day and the free breakfast.

the pool didn't have towels on hand when we went but fortunately we brought our own with us to the pool.

Very very comfortable, clean, and friendly! A decent breakfast in the morning and very convenient for my work! Excellent pool area too. I will definitely be staying again!!

In my room there were a couple of minor cleanliness issues. There were a couple pieces of trash on the headboard. The doorway to the bathroom had odd staining. But every thing else was perfect! Will stay again!
