The staff that Tends the Breakfast that Day our family went down was Yemi she was what made our Stay wonderful yemi was prompt kind very well mannered she works very hard there was a lot of us down there she kept up all foods and Hot cleanliness was great she had everything just perfect but her smile and Good attitude was the best we had asked her for several things she didn’t get annoyed she kept her smile on and you can just feel the Warmth and kindness coming from her and her smile Thanks Yemi from the Stuerewalds

Well for the Money we pay for a room our Family was a bit disappointed that the hot tub has been cemented over and there wasn’t one it would definitely Do this hotel some good Most travelers are older and adults that need that hot tub at the end of the day Nobody was using the pool at all it’s cold for elderly also it’s the Damn Hampton why ghetto it up with cement and a shit trashy table and chairs on top the cement wher there was a hot tub

Everything was exceptional!! The staff is amazing and they are always there to satisfy anyone’s needs. They also all have the most patience I’ve ever met! Although the hot tub was closed that is not there fault so it was a minor thing from an incredible experience! Breakfast is what you expect for a small hotel. Just a couple of pick up foods but still tasted great!!! The rooms were nice and big and clean! The beds were soooo comfortable!!! I would come back and stay time and time again! Don’t even get me started on Tina Marie (front desk receptionist). She was incredible!! She did everything to make my stay the best of the best. We had a couple issues when checkin in and we were checking in late due to a late flight and she had all the patience and never gave up on trying to help me. After an hour and a half she finally figured everything out and was an absolute saint. Everyday after that we saw her and she just always had a smile and always willing to go out of her way to make sure our stay was amazing!!! I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel!

It was good could of had a little variation, after two weeks you will get tired of the same , so we would eat a little or go somewhere else in two week the same fruit which was green apples and oranges. It was good to have something, coffee was great.

The carpet in our room was I need to be cleaned or replaced if you walked on it with socks they would stick to the floor and if you didn’t , getting in the shower there would be black marks on the tub.

Not very flavorful, the eggs. Did not like potatoes. We were there @6am so no bananas. Really disappointed in that. The staff was great. She was very friendly.

Banana. I like bananas. There were none. There was no brown sugar for oatmeal. Sausage did not looked cooked well at all. Left a little hungry. Definitely not full for a long day.

The hot tub was out of commission, the swimming pool was a little too cold n the microwave wasn’t in the room, the other one a little to small to be in dining area in my opinion. y’all should get Like a regular size one wit like 1100 watts to heat food better. Elevator a tad small.

It was very busy, no hot tub, okay selection on breakfast. Bed comfort was okay. Could use more lighting, and the chair in our room was broken kind of wobbly

The front desk person was very helpful and accommodating when we wanted to have our pizza supper in the breakfast bar area.

The pool was chilly - for the adults and the kids!...Wish the place had a hot tub!

African American women who took care of the kitchen/dining area was exceptional. She was cheery, on the spot and cleaning up consistently. She was so very friendly to all. Wish I knew her name to give her the credit she deserves.

The location was convenient. Front desk staff were helpful. As an older property, the rooms were more insulated and quieter than newer properties.

The pool wasn’t open. The breakfast area wasn’t really well monitored. Trash cans were overflowing at times.

The hot breakfast was exceptional. The staff person kept items stocked and was pleasant. The room was a good size. Location was good. Bed was comfortable.

Needs some updating. We stayed 3 nights and first night needed to ask for another set of towels as only was one for 2 people. Also had no soap in the bathroom. The front desk staff did bring it in a timely manner.
