Staff was absolutely amazing! The Southern hospitality was so real and it really made our stay so much better! Every staff member from the front desk, to the folks serving breakfast were kind, funny and welcoming. Our room was huge in comparison to others we have traveled to for cheerleading competitions. It was clean and we didn't lack a single thing during our stay.

The price...I understand it was "beachfront" ,- which really technically isn't beachfront when you have to cross a busy 4 lane road to get to the beach. So that was misleading as someone booking from out of state. Had I known we'd need to walk that path to get to the water, I would've booked at the casino hotel to ensure a true beachfront experience. Instead I saved a hundred dollars over 2 nights. Which still cost me close to $700 for those 2 nights. With a large cheer competition in town, I expected higher rates than usual. We were Just disappointed to spend that much and not enjoy the true beach front.

I booked through booking.com two days before my arrival date. I arrived right at 10:30. Agent couldn’t locate my confirmation nor my name. This is not the hotel staffs fault at hand. However being a former lead agent. It would have been nice to call around and attempt to guide me in another direction under the hiltons umbrella. I was told there was nothing she could do and left unattended. Took an hour for booking to receive a response from the hotel staff. By that time I had already rebooked and checked myself into the doubletree. Beautiful location friendly staff but she was very much disconnected with how to help people from out of town. More like it’s not my problem type of agent.

The agent didn’t have a care in the world. Because my reservation was lost after seeing it on my phone she stated there was nothing she could do they are completely booked. Which is understanding but checking around could have taken a good five minutes she sat down and scrolled on her phone.

The hotel was nice, clean, and had a refreshing smell. Location was perfect for what we needed. Room was clean and beds comfortable.

I didn’t like that only one key card was issued and was told they only had enough for one per guest which normally isn’t an issue however a key card is needed for the elevator to access room levels so this made it a pain being a family of 5. Also the breakfast was extremely over priced. I believe the buffet was $12.99 a person and/or option to order off the menu, needless to say 3 people ate for $50.

We had to wait longer to check in because the rooms weren’t ready, but I was upgraded to a suite which made up for the wait. I sure they were short on help. They didn’t cut corners and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was a big disappointment! It’s $9.99 for all you can eat of cereal and 1 fruit. Anything else must be ordered and the price goes up. Ridiculous! Waffle House got all of our breakfast business because it was 100 feet away. Close your kitchen and save the money.

The property is very convent to a lot of the things we like to do. The rooms are nice and there is actually daily maid service if you wish.

The parking is not controlled for guest only. We arrived back at the hotel after a long day to find we didn’t have a parking place. We found a curb to park on…, but the person working the desk was not concerned about the guest having a place. But commented she got the last parking spot and wasn’t sure where her cooks would park?

nice property disappointed with the fact that I paid extra and a customer prior to me had a much better rate and wouldn’t goner it. almost 75$ difference and they charged 10$ per person for the continental breakfast.

I liked that it was clean and smoke free. I also liked that it was quiet and the room could be completely dark.

I didn’t like that the rooms were not cleaned daily or at the very least fresh towels delivered daily. I also thought for the price you should have gotten a free breakfast.

Great stay! Beautiful suite with excellent view of the ocean. Extremely clean room (so I guess the wait was worth it). Sheets and pillows were comfortable and the bed was perfect. Enjoyed the jacuzzi too. I didn't want to leave and this suite reminded me how poor I actually am 😂😛😍... Would stay here again!

I did not like to have to wait for check in to the room because it was not ready. Check in was at 3; I arrived at 4 and still had to wait an hour. Hire more housekeeping employees.

This was a very nice room. Clean and spacious and they welcomed my dog. So I got excellent service and an excellent room and got to bring my dog. The staff was very pleasant. We had a wonderful view of the ocean,

It was a little noisy the second night on our floor for awhile, but that is no fault of the motel.

The room was nice. The bed was fairly comfortable.

The parking lot was not big enough to accommodate all of the cars. I suggest in the future, you don't allow people with trailers to park them on your lot.
